i have a theory. i think that lana is mean to nelly because her eyes may be useless. the chill eyes could be a symbol that she may be blind. lana may have an eyepatch because she was using nellys eye, but it faltered and maybe infected her eyesocket.

- Nelly is next and here's why: I believe that Nelly may be next (as in the sacrifice) because of her recent bio and change of avatar, "Am I really that ugly?" Lana has lowered her self esteem to a point where she questions herself if she's that ugly. She's been changing her avatar to try to change herself and make herself look prettier. However, nothing works -- so she may just choose to sacrifice herself to end the questions that taunt her.
-- Lana's dreams and the Awakening -- Now I did make a theory this morning (in my timezone) about Lana's fantasies n the Awakening. However, I've added way more to my theory. Let's begin.... Lana earlier today made a group shout: Reverie --- Last night, I had a dream. I had a dream we all joined together--and I had a dream we all succeeded. On the day of the rebellion, I hope we all join hands and fight for what's right. Love, Lana.
The "Reverie" message is strongly themed around love, rejoice, fantasies n success. She wants her plan to be successful. I think Lana is in such a terrible state to the point where she loves creating fantasies and looking at the future, she longs for someone, she wants to avenge the person that she loves. Now, I kind of found a pattern. During the weekdays, Lana is often more absent and on Monday, on the group shout, she said "Good night." I believe during weekdays Lana dreams of her fantasies and sleeps a lot more. Lana sleeps during the weekdays since it is more peaceful. She dreams of success in her rebellion and the person that she longs for. When Lana is asleep, this gives the perfect chance for the coterie to spread Lana's secrets n plans. Also, her account is in danger, since she isn't protecting it or monitoring it -- she's sleeping, dreaming of fantasies that will have little chance of coming true.
On the weekends, she snaps out of her fantasies and plans her rebellion or even plans to start it. During the weekends, she's more I should say "aggressive"? I mean, this is the time where she avenges the person that she loves. During this period of time, she slowly sacrifices her coterie, one by one. Now it's time to talk about the Awakening.
The Awakening is connected with eyes. The Awakening could refer to waking up and yk with your eyes you literally see the whole entire world. Well, do you remember how Rafael said Jayla has no eyes to see? I believe what he meant by this is that Jayla can no longer see reality because she's DEAD. Jisoo talked about her being in a nightmare possibly. Since Jayla has no eyes to witness the world n reality, she now has to dream of nightmares, which are fake. I think that every missing person shares some sort of different fate. Jayla is in a nightmare, Jisoo's body is breaking down, Nicholas can still see everything but is dead, yh its all strange
There's also a theory that when people pass away they enter a dreamlike state. Which I think is the case of Jayla.
Anyway, continuing onwards, the Awakening is referring to like waking up yk? Lana is dreaming of fantasies, Jayla is in a nightmare, it's all strange but eyes... Lana is weak, the Awakening is connected to eyes. Which I have already explained that eyes help to witness our world n reality. Well, yk how Lana is a bit delulu? I think her eyes are getting weaker because she's dreaming of endless fantasies, like her plan coming true, being together, etc -- that weakens her eye because she's not looking at the world, to the reality.
Lana acts strange sometimes because she doesn't look or witness the reality of the world. Instead, she's stuck in her own fantasies that are strongly centred around rejoice n love.

It's so funny how this went from Lana not liking her job as the nail lady to extremist doppelganger mystery death stuff about people not having eyes. It's sort of nightmare-ish.
i have a theory. What if Lana's avatar has a meaning to it. notice how she has no eyes or mouth? what if that means something, like she can't talk or see, and someone might have taken over her account. what if she's already dead and her spirit is trying to warn us about what's coming..

Haley, have you noticed how some of the missing and the coterie's real users are all like apple and flower and tree related? I think they might be connected to the forest in a way. I also think that they might be some kind of message that’s hidden because Jayla's says “whisperingat” maybe I’m reading too far into this but it seems odd…
The users all have something to do with nature. Nature contains hidden and dark secrets (for example: poisonous flowers). However, nature also contains beautiful elements and meanings.
Kind of like the lore, yknow?

Also if you look at the missing people they relate to outdoors except one (i think) same for Nelly. Nelly is probably a sacrifice. With that one missing person that user doesn't realate to outdoors or "forest" is definitely dead. But all the other missing people are probably alive but kidnapped.

Some people theorized Lana killed Sadie and Jayla using a gun in the forest because of “A loud "bang" echoes throughout the forest. One by one.” In jasmines bio. They also theorized Lana is going after missing people who tell too much information. Some even said it was similar to “see no evil speak no evil hear no evil” with the eyes thing and Lana possibly taking Jaylas eye, speak being the members are silenced and not allowed to say anything, though I’m unsure about the hear part.
The hear could be the bang in the forest? Idk…

the way i was lowkey right about the no faces being referenced to the missing/dead category. Now coterie, they're like cattle (basically what people NORMALLY sacrifice) being eyeless MAY be the sense of "Fear and vulnerability" because of eyeless dreams (basically a dream where the person dreaming doesn't have eyes in that dream or they see others within that dream without eyes) which is probably somewhat of a symbolism, idk what they would need for the eyes unless it's for the purpose of a ritual/the Saudade process, which fun fact Saudade means "a feeling of longing, melancholy, or nostalgia" usually used in Portuguese or Brazilian temperament/characteristic (as in things like poems or folk tales from what I've research if its correct)
but that fear and vulnerability most likely comes from becoming a coterie, since 1. there's fear involved due to the fact theyre being sacrificed, 2. vulnerability from joining in the 1st place (if its a sense of willingness or manipulation)

Gigi for sure. Gigi isn't speaking up at all, it's almost as if Lana is keeping her hostage. Her avatar keeps changing. Perhaps Lana is making her suffer?
On April 20th, Gigi also stated the fact that Lana was evil.
I’m not fully into this lore, but when you said “Why is lana walking so slow?” in the roblox game she joined, Lana was walking like an npc, like she wasn’t controlling it. So a little guess is that it wasn’t her, and it was some type of bot or clone.. Also, when she started running normally, that’s when she said something in the chat. But before when she was NPC walking, she wasn’t saying a word.

Another thing I want to mention if this may be any helpful, but I saw a video on tiktok of a questionnaire game (I think this occurred earlier in the week?) where Lana and Jisoo were present. Lana asked everyone if they trust her in a poll and shortly after Jisoo was set on fire 👀
Also to note in Sadie’s bio she mentioned “my death was planned by Lana, not evil.”

Haley I have a theory what if Lana was tired of working so she made a clone of herself and took a week off but the clone/doppelganger wanted to be the real Lana she wrote the new diary page framing Gigi and stole the real Lana and hid her in the forest the person talking on the wall and the Q n A or even the other group you were looking at has been the clone Lana made all this time

I have a weird theory but what if Lana got DID (Dissociative identity disorder)
It makes sense with the fact she was in the hospital
I don’t trust her anyway so my theory is Gigi did actually try to help her but her Evil side came out and that side didn’t want help. Lana is fighting herself. If any of y’all watched heartbreak high, y’all remember Harper’s dad being fine during the day but when it’s night time he would bug out saying he looking for “the wolf” and whenever Harper came home he would think she is the wolf and attacks her? I think Lana is similar. But believe WE are attacking her.
Now there is two theories in this for me:
1. Lana have more than 2 personalities.
First one is the normal nail tech
Second one is the one who believe she is trapped
And third one is the one over the awakening
Now in both mini theories i belive Lana made a deal with the devil or it’s a Jennifer body situation and she got sacrificed (which could be Gigi or she sacrificed herself-)
2. Lana have two sides but Lana evil side made a deal with the devil/ she’s a demon herself and she made multiple Dopplegangers (explaining lana in the chair + the Lana in the maze)

I have a weird theory.... What if Lana took the coteries eyes,because the one that she loved didnt have eyes for her but for Nelly, so Lana is jealous and takes her eyes to rid her of her beauty and bullies her to lower her self esteem and k-ll herself.Then maybe she made sacrifices so that her love comes back. And the more ressistent the coteries are the more she hurts them. And she wants to make a lot of sacrifices so that she can let her rage out and make her love come back- of course she is hacked and I think that the hacker is no other than her rage emotions taking over, and so the sweet well we cant say that but the peacefull Lana loses control over her own body and words

I have something in mind, the first theory is that Lana loved someone before she had surgery or whatever and when she came back that person was gone right? But what if Lana was dead in the middle of her surgery and this person “that Lana loved” Try to bring her back to life by summoning a spirit from the other world! But this soul was harmed by Gigi, so she took advantage of the opportunity and brought Lana back to life and took possession of Lana's body to take revenge on Gigi. The price for bringing Lana back to life was the life of the person whom Lana loved? This person agreed and sacrificed his life for Lana. Then, when Lana woke up, she knew everything that had happened and felt sad. Then the “evil spirit” took possession of her and told her the truth mixed with lies in order to take revenge on Gigi and help the “evil spirit, which is the current Lana.” But after the deal was completed, the evil spirit betrayed Lana. The truth and banished it to an unknown world? Lana found a way to communicate with players through her codes! The current Lana decided to take revenge by the awakening ! I don't know what I'm talking about lol. It's just an idea that came to me. Part of it may be true or it may not

Hai haley I js wanted to tell my theory on here...
So after the awakening gigi probably found out what Lana had done so she probably hacked Lana's account and she most probably updated the forest game and shoved lana in the forest and lana probably got lost and was trying to get out of the maze but while she was doing that Gigi pretended to be lana and attended the questionnaires and all, also her eye prob got hurt or something so she sacrificed one of her coteries for the eye and the real lana probably doesn't have an injured eye and she (gigi) probably took out both of Jaylas eyes out bc we saw nelly and Nicholas say 'eyes' and not only 'eye' and the eye we see when we look up at the sky in the forest game is most probably Jaylas eye also gigi might have put Jaylas eye up there so the real Lana can see that some is wrong... Also btw the coteries might not know that gigi has hacked her account so they always say don't trust 'Lana'.

my theory: yall know most news so im only updating some stuff. lana needed an eye sacrifice because of her disease and sacrifices make her stronger. i think the fnaf part of the theory in the other video is also true. i assume gigi was running the awakening until lana was mistreated so she ganged up on them and killed them. her being silly in saying she likes taylor might not be silly. she said she likes the song marjorie which talks about a dying grandma. that could be the person she is trying to bring back as well as using the leftover sacrifices to add to the loved person’s dead body? this isn’t a theory really since most of what you have said has explained but i wanted to touch on some random things. thanks for keeping us updated!! 💖⚡️

Haley I have a theory. You know when Rafael and Nelly keep saying that Jayla has no eyes well Lana looks like she keeps losing eyes and I think she’s killing all the missing people to get their eyes and that’s why sometimes she has an eyepatch. Btw I’m a huge fan love u ❤

I just realized that you know when the photos of the graves where only Sadie and Jayla were shown and Jayla had a code on her bio that matched what the wording said above the grave "I don't know where I am". I realized that the words above Sadies head said "I am the real Lana". This could mean that Lana is trapped in Sadie and its a decoy and is not brought up a lot because Sadie IS LANA. Lana is most likely trapped in Sadie but im not really sure what Jayla has to do with this. I know he eyes are supposed to be missing but other than that its kinda confusing.

This might sound weird, but in the last video Lana seemed to be OBSESSED with eyes, and eyes can often me that someone either feels like their being watched, or wants to be seen. This might not help but it’s something I learned.
