Honestly, two month long of my ankles injury. Because of my close competition. However, I’m still good on competition are squat.
Amazing, Tom’s 200kg atles stone for 8 reps, close you would 210kg so warmup! 🤞🏽 And Luke still good for no injury and Great trainer 180kg for 16reps! 😅

Luke's reps on the 180 stone are so powerful off the floor and consistent if not improving through the set. 180kg stone is light, body building hypertrophy work now

The kettlebell warmup looked very easy for Luke. I remember when he started that exercise. It wasn't so comfortable when he started. Overhead pressing sends bp through the roof- stresses the heart. Just be aware

You need to do a video on ways to get better sleep for recovery. I suck in that department. I usually get about 4-6 hours of sleep and I know I need more. But I don't want to take any pills.
you could have sleep apnea take vitamin B1 and magnesium & vitamin D and chew more before bed. (gum nuts whatever)

I’d be looking primarily for a Salah back up, he’ll obviously be leaving soon so his replacement needs to be in ASAP. After that, I’d look for a centre back (22-25 age) that could also do a job at left back if need be. Then depending on sales, I’d be happy. So if Kelleher, Robertson, etc leave, replace them.
