Trailblazer / Envoy Transmission Shift Cable Replacement

Replacing the shift cable on a 2004 Chevy Trailblazer.
***I forgot to mention this in the video. During cable adjustment. If the cable is too long, the transmission will not go into 1st gear. If the shift cable is too short, the transmission will not go into Park.

Well I had a problem with my 2004 trail blazer LT be very careful of the parts they might look a like but don't be fooled at the end that connect to the shifter it should a hard plastic not a rubber

I used duct tape in 2017 to fix mine...held up until yesterday.
