    One of the reasons I enjoy watching your videos so much, is because you frequently make observations on inconspicuous, seemingly arbitrary details about the places and people you encounter, but I always find myself so intrigued about what it is you’re showing us.
    Just because something isn’t flashy or loud, doesn’t mean it’s boring. In fact, quiet quirks can be just as interesting. It is so exactly the opposite of the normal things travel channels show and talk about. I love it!!! ❤

      Yeah, I think that's why I like you guys so much. You explore rather than just wander around and stare at tourist attractions. not that doing that is bad, but i like seeing the side streets and random people and places you encounter that a lot of tourists probably wouldn't even think about!

    The coffees you are talking about are "mix coffees". If you go to a restaurant youll usually have a little coffee machine at the door or beside where you pay. Press a button on it and you get a free small cup of mix coffee.

Envious as always at the way Kyde can just relate to anyone even if she doesnt understand a word theyre saying xD nice work on the cube, that was a really sweet little encounter! And that elevator and funicular were badass.

Kyde more of a “the chicken was really good” person and Eric a more “well I think the texture of the chicken is more of a….blah blah blah….but if you dip it in the blah blah blah…it changes the whole experience…but if you blah blah blah…you can see that at the root of it all it is really just blah blah blah…like regular ol’ grilled chicken. yea, part of it is we don't tend to film in places people will be bothered, we also tend to like little quiet areas, so it works out. But the city isn't like...insane levels of bustling outside of the markets. Not that we saw, anyways.

    There isn't really much difference between the T-Money and Cashbee cards. Both can be used in most metropolitan cities in Korea (Like Suica, Icoca, etc as a comparison). But the T-Money card is just the more common card to find. I have both types, but only use the T-Money card lol.

    I think fried chicken in Korea is not really seen as a meal, it's more of like a snack to share while drinking beer, and since Korean food is already pretty heavy on the veg and rice you don't often see it at the fried chicken places.

    oooh - I guessed 6 of diamonds, so close.
    As for Rubiks cubes, wow, talk about blast from the past. I used to be obsessed with them as a teenager when they FIRST came out in the UK in the early 1980's. I had far too many to list of all shapes & sizes (yes, not just cubes). I have no idea what the record is for completing a standard cube but my best was 57 seconds as I was the first in my school to beat 1 minute - yes, I was that obsessed I had to beat the minute which was a huge thing back then. They were a fad that ended pretty soon for me as my interest went from cubes to girls 🥰
    Ok, just checked, record is 3.13 seconds!! WTF!!! 🤣
    I'm going to guess the cubes are a lot more "fluid" than they were when I had them as a kid & no doubt technology as helped with solving them - that's my excuse 🤣

    • @kydeanderic
      @kydeanderic  Рік тому +1

      Yea, you are right about them being more fluid, the best modern cubes aren't made by Rubik's (they are really just trash now to be honest) and they are very very fluid. They have magnets in them and stuff too, it's great. -E
