i do yoga ans stretches for 5 years and ankle mobility didn‘t get better at all… it‘s so frustrating. especially seeing ppl. just doing it, because their body allows…
If you're doing traditional yoga you might not be doing enough, unfortunately. Holding the poses for a few seconds and then moving to another one, or focusing on passive stretching, can improve how you feel day to day, but doesn't create lasting improvement.

No offense, but I hate feet... They turn out to look ugly as you're getting older and etc. Don't get me started about those hideous Croc shoes that people wear. Ewww 😖 lol.
