Man I can’t believe she was going through two brain aneurisms during this time. What a strong, powerful woman. How she pushed through with that pain is beyond me. Truly inspirinng
oh my god she is absolutely cute and clever as we can see from every interview. Iam in love ..and her voice when she is laughing is absolutelly beautifull
Mango Did you know that women hate giving blow jobs - All the women in sex movies are acting that they LOVE giving BJ they are beinng paid to play a role and tell a story but no woman in her right mind enjoys giving ANY MAN a BJ because its extremely painful, the smell is awful, the taste is disgusting and the feeling is all wrong and thats if you really like a guy. So, if you have a girlfriend or get married and rarely if ever get a BJ that is why
She read the books. I wonder how many of them actually read the books. But she did. And she gave one of the best performances of the whole entire show. If only… she was allowed to portray the wonderful rich character from the books. Still she did her best to bring her to the show and she gave a legendary and iconic performance
She's not as well written in the series IMO. In the books (spoilers everyone) Dany's gradual slip into the Targaryen madness is subtle but palpable, and each step down the road is an enjoyable reading experience. The show doesn't bring this out as subtly; her crowd surfing messiah complex appears abrupt in comparison, so it has left a lot of non-book reading viewers confused at times. But Emilia is not the problem. It's just an advantage that literature has over the medium of film.
Ah. Yeah, I see that now. I guess I didn't before because I was introduced to the show before I got my hands on the books. Thanks for clearing that up for me :)
Sequentially Compact The series has to also tread a fine line between showing heroic characters' complexity and still giving us people to root for. The third season ended on such a down note for the 'good guys' that I for one needed the sight of Dany kicking ass in the East to remind me that assholes Frey and Bolton may not get away with what they did. It's even more true considering the many casual viewers for whom the clusterfuck in King's Landing and elsewhere is kind of confusing but in Dany's case, they can get what's going on.
***** I thought her torching the guy after Barristan's death was a good moment to show that tension. There just wasn't enough of it in the season, with its radically uneven plotlines. Although to be fair they are based on what are generally considered the weakest books of the series.
@@SequentiallyCompactI don’t see any signs of her going mad in the books. None whatsoever. Her morally gray actions are not any different from the morally gray actions of Jon Snow or Tyrion Lannister or the other good guys
Great actress, great personality, and a great interview. This is definitely one of the best Thronecast interviews I've seen - Emilia and the interviewer have great rapport and Emilia's smile is ridiculously contagious! She and Isaac Hempstead Wright make me smile almost constantly.
A lot of blonds do have dark eyebrows like myself for example even though I got darker as I got older my hair was blond but my body hair is dark. I am male btw so body hair ain't a problem.
***** No, that's the reason it looks un-lore-friendly; it's not silver but pale blonde. Same with her eyes not being violet, but I can forgive that, as it is difficult to make stuff like that and blue beards look non-ridiculous onscreen where it might seem fine in your mind. the reason it looks unhealthy is because it's a wig that isn't naturally blended into her forehead - same with Cersei, and being plastic, it looks dry and dead, though living in the desert would do that too. I know blondes wtih dark eyebrows too, and fortunately in season 4 they've stopped messing with her eyebrows, but for a while they were some kind of pale gone-off eggyolk colour that looked really weird. Now they've just left them brown and it looks more natural.
***** Ah well, I'm a sucker for blue-eyed brunettes. But yeah, look closely at her eyebrows and the line where wig meets forehead. Or don't. No need to break the illusion for yourself.
I don't understand how they get all that hair under a wig. They wet it down and tie it up but still, you look at the character and there is no indication that she has a big head that's hiding her own hair. It's amazing.
Terrific. Just started watching game of thrones and i come here to watch an interview and the interviewer summarizes the whole story of Daenerys in the first five seconds
Guys, come on now. Being a straight male, I won't argue that Emilia is a very attractive lady, but is that seriously the only thing you pillocks can think of to comment? This has got to be the thirstiest comment section I have ever seen. Show some class.
That is a beautiful woman right there! Emilia was so sweet, when I spoke to her at Comic Con 2011, she actually asked, did I like her final scene with her and the dragons (season 1 final scene). It was the highlight of my entire 5 days at SDCC!
We love you as an actress, your dedication is recognized and appreciated. Also you are very attractive so it adds to your role as the female renegade. :)
I like her brown hair. Blonde is good for Dany, and brown is good for Emilia. Brown makes her look sleek and modern. Also, she's a fantastic actress, and I'm really glad to hear she read the books.
Can't quite understand the negativity. I thought this was quite a good interview, the interviewer was very well prepared and Emilia seems both charming and very invested. Thumbs up!
Stop saying 'read the books' people! They are not for everyone, there are way more characters, and they are pretty dark. This is an adaptation and the show already has the biggest cast on television. If it wasn't for the millions of other fans who are not readers, the show could not afford its huge budget.
I hate reading, but I took the advice of people and read the books. If you start on Ch. 51 of book 3, you can catch up. Book 3's ending is INCREDIBLE. I really hate reading but at least read the end of book 3. Anyone who is caught up on the series, is only halfway through the 3rd book. So clearly, it gets better. Season 4 is going to cover some AWESOME scenes.
squamish4244 What the hell are you talking about? season 4 is only the second half of book 3 and possibly some of book 4 & 5, and there's still two more books that have not been released yet.
Some women are so astoundingly and utterly gorgeous that it's almost unbearable to look at them. Emilia Clarke is one of those women, in my humble opinion.
lol I don't get the people who keep calling her Khaleesi like its her character name. Khaleesi basically translates to Queen. People say stuff like: 'My favourite character is Khaleesi'... Which translates to: 'My favourite character is 'Queen''. lol Just thought I'd point that out to people who didn't know :)
Yes we know, but titles sometimes are interchangeable with names - it depends on how SOME people are commonly called. If you watch the show then you know she is called Khaleesi like it's her name IN THE SHOW! A real-world example is how "Master" can be used the same way. It's a legitimate facet of English an other languages to use names and titles like this.
I think it's worth it. I started reading after seeing all of the show thusfar also, and now I'm currently halfway through the second book. I'm re-watching stuff as I go and it's been a lot of fun. I'm not much of a reader usually either, so yes I'd recommend it!
She is the only actor on the show I have heard say they read the books, and stressed the author George R R. Martin instead of the TV "writers"(adapters). Tons of respect to her, def shows she has some class and education.
Man I can’t believe she was going through two brain aneurisms during this time. What a strong, powerful woman. How she pushed through with that pain is beyond me. Truly inspirinng
yes, she's true stormborn, my respect for her has grown up so much
She is bloody amazing love her
I have never seen anyone with more expressive eyebrows. Ever.
Arya Stark - Masie Williams
888167 That's not what expressive means.
What about Martin Scorsese?! :'D
Robbie Kay
how bout Anthony Davis
Emilia is not only beautiful, charming and kind but she is extremely intelligent. 💙
She is so ridiculously beautiful.
oh my god she is absolutely cute and clever as we can see from every interview. Iam in love ..and her voice when she is laughing is absolutelly beautifull
God damn, she is SO beautiful.
chill dude she has a large mouth
stiggyh 0/10 would not bang /s

10/10 comment of the year

New drinking game: take a shot every time Emilia says "Yeah"
+Bookooky lmao id blackout by 4:12
lmao. i read this before watching the vid and i really paid attention. lol.
+Eejane Swifty I took a rally to count the number of yeah's and yes's: 41 yeahs and 12 yes'. 53 in total. 😂😂
Her eyebrows have more life than me as a person
+Musicownz1997 Hahaha, wow. It seems like this is both hilarious and also simultaneously tragic.
Emilia is love, Emilia is life
she's sooooooo beautiful and modest
two qualities that go wonderfully hand in hand
She read the books. I wonder how many of them actually read the books. But she did. And she gave one of the best performances of the whole entire show. If only… she was allowed to portray the wonderful rich character from the books. Still she did her best to bring her to the show and she gave a legendary and iconic performance
She looks even better with brown hair imo
she has such a bubbly and happy spirit!
Emilia is my idol❤️ she is soo stunning and soo beautiful and talented
so modest uhh tell her she is perfect for the role and she is pleasing the fans to the moon
also she looks very good in blonde.
she way she spoke to the unsullied after "buying" them, with a hoarse voice, yet so strong... like a true queen...
Her smile makes my day! I think I really like her. So genuine.
Wow! The most viewed uncut interview among the cast :O
What a warm, delightful and sincere lady. Emilia is amazing!
I could spend hours just watching her talk, love her facial expressions
She smiles so much. She looks beautiful.
Emilia seems so nice
People don't like her portrayal of Danny? But she's so perfect! But hey, you can't please everyone, I guess.

Beautiful talented young actor--the screen lights up every time she's on it.
shes AMAZING!! she just radiates positivity i absolutely love it!

She's so sweet! Her smile makes me want to smile, no matter how I'm feeling.
She is a brilliant interviewer.
Woman Crush of the century.
Yup me too I have a serious girl crush on her
her eyebrow muscles are next level
She was bullied because of that when she was young
Lolita Badwolf how do you know?
I love how much emotion she shows in real life!!
For some reason she's hotter with brown hair IMO.
oh yes lol
Quite the opposite for me. Silver hair like an angel, tied and braided in such a noble manner. In the GoT, she was striking.
For not giving spoilers, i give you thanks.
She looks so much better as a brunette. No unhealthy-looking blonde hair and can't-decide-which-colour-to-be eyebrows.
A lot of blonds do have dark eyebrows like myself for example even though I got darker as I got older my hair was blond but my body hair is dark.

I love Emilia Clarke, everytime I read a book I can only picture her as Daenerys shes so awesome!!
She is really the most beautiful girl have have ever seen I have such a huge crush on her
She is so adorable, i can't take it!!
This is the only female interviewer who knows how to interview her guests..she is so respectful and genuinely interested in the celebs
I swear I freaking love the comment threads/adventures on the GoT vids every single time. They're too hilarious.
You have not disappointed us Emilia! So glad to hear you've read the books and I think you're one of the best actresses in it
I don't understand how they get all that hair under a wig. They wet it down and tie it up but still, you look at the character and there is no indication that she has a big head that's hiding her own hair. It's amazing.
i love her!!!! and it's my favourite caracter!!!! (after Arya of course.... :P)
Hers is one of my favorite portrayals in the series. So talented.
Best character and played brilliantly. I'd fight for the mother of dragons.
I'm smiling like crazy when i listen/watch her
She is the definition of cute. My god what beauty
Terrific. Just started watching game of thrones and i come here to watch an interview and the interviewer summarizes the whole story of Daenerys in the first five seconds

This interviewer is fun and the fact Emilia is a fan of the books.. it's awesome ❣

Daenarys learned to make Khal Drogo happy, Emilia learned how to make us happy. Smiling and acting.
OMG I love her. She is beautiful.
Seriously her eyebrows and face when she talks. She’s so intriguing 😍😍
i love her
She's perfect :D She's so cheerful and well-read, and maternal over the model, she really is the best one for Dany. :D
i love you Emilia clarke
She's my favorite interviewer on the show.
Drinking game!
Drink every time she says "yeah" or "yes" in this interview haha

A lot of people talk like that actually

She's so beautiful she actually looks better with a silver mane
isnt she blonde ? actually ?
changjun369 Nah, natural brunette, her eyebrows give it away in the show.
Rob Fraser
oh oh oh! we need to fix that. luckily its no problem to fix the brows nowadays - thanks to special effects.

She's so beautiful and lovely! Can't wait to see her in terminator
She's amazing, and she's gonna do great things. I hope she gets Westeros back, she's better than anyone, maybe with the exception of the Starks ;)
SHE'S SO NICE!!!!!!!!
Her voice from futurama led me to this. I love her voice
interview summed up in one word:
yeah
Can't quite understand the negativity. I thought this was quite a good interview, the interviewer was very well prepared and Emilia seems both charming and very invested. Thumbs up!

Actually on the show it's not only NOT her actual hair colour, it's not even her actual HAIR but a very well-crafted wig.
i know it,i had figured that out by yself, thanks anyway, have a nice day
Capt'n Slow ........
its not blonde... its white ;)
SirDazzXBOX Its purple LOL

KHALEESI
that voice and that smile... i would recognize her anywhere!
The mother of dragons could be the mother of my children.
These comments are why I love the Game of Thrones fanbase so much! Everybody is a bit of a dork and we love it!
This comment section is simply ridiculous
Holy crap! Her hair as Daenerys IS a wig! You can't even tell. Talk about amazing!
I hope she doesn't start to make romantic comedies and shit after GOT and continue to do qualitative movies and series.
i love this show...and cannot wait for it to start in the states!!
Is it just me, or does the interviewer look a lot like an older Kaya Scodelario? It's really creepy.

The actors who draw there character inspiration from the books are the ones who are doing the best in the show.
She can raise my dragon any time.
Funny that Emilia's interview get so much more views than the others :P
Hottest woman I have ever seen in my life
I love how in every interview I see her in she says "Yeah" wayyyyyy to much. But she is perfect the way she is.
