PN Junction Diode in Telugu..

The Basics of Electronics starts with a PN Junction Diode.
Its the John Ambrose Fleming invention that made the Electronics realize the complexity of the circuits in a beautiful and most efficient manner.
The first PN Junction diode was designed by Fleming using Vacuum Tubes in AM Generators in the year 1904.
Finally, its the creation of John Ambrose Fleming that made the Electronics more beautifully.
