Thank you. Im using C. Kreul Javana Texi Mäx Opak marker. It is water based paint pen for dark and light fabrics.

This is some kind of PVC stencil film. For example ORAMASK® 811 Stencil Film. I got this from copy center scraps. They have a lot of leftovers.
