That was a huge successful for your toy hunting my man and yes..Godzilla will becomes popular in the different stores like Target, FYE, local comics and collectible stores and the other retail stores that has Godzilla merch. This year is Godzilla Minus One and next year is Godzilla X Kong and Godzilla 70th Anniversary. 😊
Comic book stores are probably the best place to get Godzilla stuff, at least from my personal experiences. Looks like those stores have a lot. My local Target sadly does not have the exclusive Blind Boxes. Maybe I'll look at a different Target store for those sometime. Dig the channel man!
I have the hiya 2019 godzilla and hammond collection carno. I really want the heat ray and burning versions but i have to get them online because there arent any comic book stores near me. The 2019 hiya has this dirtyish kinda look to it so it kinda does serve as a rising from the ground godzilla.
It blows my mind how Bandai/Tamashii charged so much for their figures when Hiya not only destroys them in sculpt, paint and articulation but size and price. I feel like they’ve been on autopilot for years now and don’t care about stepping their game up to compete with the likes of Hiya and Super 7.

Once a year I go the the Maine mall in south Portland, ME and in that mall there is a Newbury comics store and most of the time they have a shma figure so I make the very terrible financial decision and but them every time
