I have flow Copa over 25 times, but I always fly business class, they are a great airline, delicious food, great seats. No complaints ever.
For seats that don’t have the IFE screens, Copa has something called “Copa Showpass”. The wifi thing you saw is actually an internal plane network that enables the Copa Showpass through your personal device, let it be a cellphone or a tablet, offering you an array of content. That’s what the device holder is for. It’s a nice feature, but nobody reads the emails and that’s why people don’t use the feature much on their first flights. If you ask the flight attendants they will let you know how to use it too.
Impressive catering!! I'm considering flying them to Brazil from California. The stopover in Panama City would be interesting. Thank you for sharing your travels with us! 👍✈️

At one time Continental held a 49% stake in COPA. The livery is one of the concepts drafted for CO that was rejected.

I'm thinking about going to S. America soon, and every travel websites show Copa Airlines which I just never ever got to fly on it. This video clip solved all my doubts; thanks for sharing. 18:14 is that the one that cried the whole times? LOL....Pretty cute!
My experience was awfull. It is only good for short flights. For long flights is terrible. In economy their planes have only 2 restrooms in the back, so the lines and wait is long. Not only that, I was never credited to my account the miles they promised! I don't recommend this airline!
Copa airlines customer service phone folks didn’t workout too well for me😡
My 1st and last time traveling with this Airline I my luggage loss for three days on my arrival to Buenos Aires and again on my trip home! The airline, act like this is not a worried for me! In in Bogota on my home the Airline put me on the standby list! I'm a paying customer, never should had been on this list. The Customer Service was super bad in Bogota' There was six young ladies working the gate. Who all had very bad attitude.
because they are not copa employe’s , its a outsourcing company , that happens in every station its not good

1:40 wow I just learnt that they completed the sale of their Embraer 190s in 2021. I flew on their Embraer 190 from Barbados to Panama City, Panama in August 2019. Being dependent on one aircraft type has its advantages and disadvantages especially with the 737s. When I landed in Panama i saw their grounded Max's.
Miami was my first land to the U.S. as an immigrant around 19 years ago

COPA is good but not perfect
I recomend going on Copa for 1-2 flights
Copa may not be the last to offer meals on medium haul in Economy, Aeromexico has meals on the MEX-ORD run
This is like a 7-hour flight I think.
Copa airlines it’s simular to United Airlines
Copy’s business class is as bare bones as it gets. Subpar catering and wine/spirit selections and a lack of attention to details in all aspects of the in cabin experience.
If you’re unfortunate to fly on something other than the MAX you’ll get no Wi-Fi, no individual IFE screens and no power ports for charging. No thanks.
They’re definitely not the best. The main reason to fly COPA is their prices but service is okay. I flew them from JFK-BOG via PTY. they don’t even offer beer on coach.
