Since you had one board so dominated, it was possible/likely that the other guy had the board tied up. So the *last* thing you want to do is shove and blow everybody off the pot. You want to call, bring everybody else in, so if you do, indeed, end up splitting the pot, there's that much more in it. Had the other board bricked out, you'd have just chopped the original antes with the guy. This is "Split Pot 101" stuff (don't blow people out of the pot when you're likely only winning half) and you need to learn it, if only so you play the double board bomb pots correctly.

I always bet small on flops and turns. $15 flop and $20 turn is $35 x 8 people. That's a lot of money to chop with one other guy. 4:50 TT with the KK22 board. Checking the turn is great. When the river bricks and he checks, he has a pocket pair, and you need bet. Sure, he can have QQ or JJ, but he's got a lot more 44-99. I bet 1/3-1/2 pot there. That's the whole beauty of position - you get to make those bets whereas out of position, you'd probably have to check.

16:00 I've never played in Texas, so I can't be sure, but people just don't river bluff anywhere near balanced. Raises, particularly big raises, on the river are just about pure value, and you should never call such a raise with a one pair hand. Are they *never* bluffs? No, of course not. But they're not bluffs nearly often enough to justify calling. That should have been a snap fold.

So yeah good check back for sure, maybe a small bet on the river would get called, but its good for game to let rec players check imho
I had that wheel to your KQ hand locked down to a fold all day, I was putting him on the high end of the straight the way he bet trying to show strength to level that he was weak was so obvious
3betting UTG's RFI with TT is a bad idea imo. (Most GTO charts have it as a pure call, and that's against good opponents who RFI more aggressively than low stakes cash opponents.) So is the bet otf. Both villains are uncapped when checking to the preflop 3bettor and the only hands with equity that you need to worry about are hands like AQs/AJs/QJs. River requires a bet. What kind of reasoning are you using to determine it's a good thing to check when between two opponents (KK hand)? Turn raise doesn't seem all that great either. 2h isn't an action card, so the raise won't be called by anything that wasn't good enough to call a bet otf.
That KQo vs A5o hand. Your plan shoulda been bet fold. 1 pair is just never good there when you faced a raise that big. He could have a lot of 56s or A5o and A5s that picked up equity on the turn which made his check calls on flop and turn make more sense. Still a good run tho!
Also, in live, low stakes poker, if he had a busted diamond draw, he's folding to the river bet 100% of the time, not raising (at least that's my experience).
Obviously a terrible cal from your opponent with the A5, but I think it’s a pretty easy fold when he repops you to 400. With you trapping on the turn and 3 betting the turn, a raise like that on the river is incredibly polarized, and he can’t reasonably think he can get you off a better hand after the action on the turn.
Im not good enough to make the fold on your k q call. If an ace came in the river i might but as played I couldn't it seems like a bad turn call for him that got paid off

It's more likely your for is OVERVALUING Top pair AQ Q kicker, and is monster raising with that, instead of a set of 6's or Set of 8's. 2,3,4 times out of 5 your 2 pair AK good, and your up vs AQ top pair Q kicker, etc, that OVERVALUED AQ, Top pair. 1,2 times out of 5, 6 times, your 2 pair AK is crushed by set etc. So you will lose BIG occasionally. But most of time your WINNING BIG. So most of the time, you should NOT be worried about set, an or be tempted to fold. It should be a crying call, that probably should be made. You guys are folding semi monster hands way to often, and scared of sets way to often.
Also if you do fold or are afraid of sets too often, one can be exploitable by bluffs too often. Based on what I said, most of time, depending on pot odds, GTO(game theory optimal, you can rightly call). If you do fold,it better be cause you have a extremely accurate read, and better be absolutely sure your right, even if your wrong, that folding that 2 pair, to what you think is a set, is the right thing to do. If you are torn, dont know, doubt, not sure, then about 93% of time, call according to pot odds, and GTO, etc, and only fold about 4% of time as exception, because your foe could easily be OVERVALUING 2 pair 86, or AQ top pair top kicker, and depending on player, etc, could also be bluffing about 2% to 4% to 6% to 8%. About the only time you should maybe fold, is if you know the player, they are a nit, they have showed past sets, they are playing the hand the way they played past sets, and they either check call min reraise to the river, each street, and then check reraise, then after you maybe 4 bet, they reraise 5 bet or all in, in that kind of situation they probably have the set, and are probably only bluffing 1% chance, and probably 10% chance that overvalue Top Pair, and 20% chance that have 2 pair, and about 70% chance that have set, and also if their body tells, all that combined together, if that screams SET, then fold, unless have extremely awesome pot odds, GTO, which would warrant a crying call. But this fold situation should only happen about 3% to 6% to 9% of time. If you make a crying call vs a set, that ok, because sets only hit about 1 out of 33 times a pocket in hand, and because of that, and how foes overvalue hands, your 2 pair, will win big money from the top pairs, top kickers, that are overvaluing hand. You will get them next time, and will more money then lose over the long term.

One should play the situation, player, hand ranges, etc, and bluff and semi bluff IN GOOD POSITION, vs WEAKNESS. And you should use your semi tight image to SET UP the bluff. And should only show bluff if you really want action, in future hands, or to tilt a player. Most of time, your not going to want to show, so that you can continue to occasionally bluff, and win pots.
