Wow.. You are so right. This is what I do with an extra arc white paper folded once in my weekly spread. Brain dumps, creative ideas etc. Project planning. Task lists. When I've got everything into my planner I just let go of that paper..
Most of my tasks are routine. The same things everyday. I need to redo my daily checklist. And do the priority matrix. Thanks.
