Interesting hearing about fighting with the Spanish, A Navajo girl told me of her great grand father having a sword and other buetiful artifacts from them.
Doing some research shows that earlier the Spanish people helped the Navajo with farming and live stock rearing and trading. But towards the late 1700's there was frequent warfare between them, leading to a horrific one day battle when 117 Navajo were killed in a place now known as Massacre Cave. I guess during "better" times the Navajo painted conquistadors traveling through the canyon as a sign of good will.
HI, yes this is an AI voice. I don't have a very good voice for narration and I even have a slight stutter, even though I used to narrate my older videos because I didn't have any other option. I now use a new video editing software and it has the AI voice option, actually dozens of them including an English and Australian accent and male and female and even some annunciation options, such as serious female, narrative female, charming female, etc. I find using the AI voice quickly creates narration and changes to text is easy and doesn't require re-recording the whole narrative over and over again due to pausing and stuttering.
@@rockys999 interesting factoid about you. i suggest posting this on the top of your explanation narrative. good choice to keep your passion and still share with us .
Hi I ran a search for Comanche in the canyon and could not locate any immediate historical references. If someone dives deeper into the history there may be some references to be found. If you know of some references please let me know. However, it is too late for me to include that info in the video.
Beautiful canyon. Holy ground and importance to Dine history plus their Creation story deserves human narration not AI voices. The juxtaposition is off putting.

@rockys9984 it maybe the fact of Spanish trying to gain access to more places to prospect for minerals. Thank you good video
Beautiful place I first saw in 1973. Is this an AI voice? Some mispronunciations of words occur.

Didn't the Comanche use to live there, or hide there, or something? Isn't there some significant connection to the Comanche, anyway?

Hi Thank you for checking out my video. There is a part 2 also.

Hi thank you for your feedback. I'll keep that in mind for future videos.
Get rid of the AI voice. Ruins this vid.
