I have visited Denham so many time over last few years to look and film at the development of the HS2 flyover and never get grieve from security, i keep my distance from certain security guards as i find some of them a bit dodgy, but some don't mind me filming as long as you know your boundaries, Sorry this happen to you and merry Christmas to you.

No need to keep moving if you are videoing from public. There's nothing the security can do and, if they're good at their job, there's nothing they should want to do. Keep up the good work.

Hi Peter, thanks for your video and a happy Christmas to you. What's a shame you met a negative security guard. I've met some positive ones who hand out cards. Take an interest in what we video. They can always check up with their headquarters on the videos that we do. Just a shame you got a bad one. My authority comes from the fact that I can breathe air which is freedom. We fought two World Wars against oppression. We are free to walk forward in public spaces that are maintained by taxpayers money...
Our money, we paid for this... Thanks again...💖👍👍👍...

You don't need any authorisation, photography is perfectly legal in the UK. If they confiscate anything it's theft: prosecute without question.

You always video from public land, if they have sensitive areas on site they should put up a wall that you cant see through to hide them. The whole site is publicly viewable so he cant really complain too much. Yes ok zooming in on an individual on the site and just videoing that individual would be not right but you video a general overview so to be that's fair use and I don't see a problem with it.
