This song made me break down crying, it touched me. I felt light weight and free. I felt a warmth like no other and I knew he was here with me.
This is beyond words. "There's a Father when your father walks away." I don't have that as a chapter in my life, but man...That hit me right in the face. This song's message is fantastic, but the delivery is what makes it great. You can hear it in his voice that this guy MEANS these words. I love this song, I love this band, and I love how it's actually genuine.
Oh, I knew that, my dude. I just meant that I've not had my father walk out on me, so I can't easily relate there. Even then, however, that single line is powerful enough to automatically snap me into a mindset of worship, powerful enough to expel any/everything else out of my mind. I guess what I'm saying is that I don't have the words to describe what this song makes me feel. There AREN'T words for what this song makes me feel. And based on the ratings of this video, I can't think that I'm alone in saying that. Powerful song. Powerful God.

I lost my dad to cancer and my boyfriend in a car wreck 2 years later. I just wanted someone to talk to about it all, but people don't care. They just don't. They just go on with their lives... my best friends doesn't call me anymore. I feel so alone, but when I have no one else to talk to, I talk to my guarding angels and our Lord 💖

Lestil is right maybe that's a sign this is the one true God. my friends dad is also muslim but her dad hurt her so my friend says she's never going to believe in anything because she thinks her dad hurts her because it's his religion I don't really think that it's that I think her dad just must be abusive but she won't listen very much but slowly she's starting to trust me she never had good friends or really any friends at all and her family hits her and calls her names she is closed up inside and struggling with bad depression to the point she is almost numb inside to feelings she told me that after she started to realize I'm not like the others that hurt her but I already knew that she felt like that because I felt like that for awhile before so I know the signs of that kind of depression because I've been through it myself to I was being lead my demons. I know something u might believe to tell u how I know jesus is real and over us I'm not sure if u will believe me but I have proof . I was born with a special thing were I can see demon's and angels and at times even him . My grandma was a satanic worshipper it wasn't good but I'm always under attack by dark entities like horned creatures and Shadow figures and even lucifer himself tricked me taking the form of a angel of light but he's not good he's evil and he tried to lure me towards him but a white glowing winged spirit attacked him and protected me . One day I saw him himself in a window and once in a cloud standing there it was very pretty and cool.

I find it amazing that you feel him all around. I talk out loud to him. Sometimes my family asks me "What?". I reply "I'm talking to God'. My soul wakes up singing to him. When I sleep. I dream with him. He's there in my darkest time. In my illness. He's there when my heart's breaking with the loss of my father. He's quick to remind me that I will soon reunite with my dad. What a great gift that he's there all the time. Nothing will ever separate us from his perfect love. He's there as we pass through the veil of time and eternity. To welcome us home!

You think that you're going to Heaven? Not as a Muslim you're not. Allah is not God. Though "Allah" translates to "god", Allah is not the One True God. A good number of terrorists and radicalists kill people in the name of Allah. If Allah is so wonderful, why are people killed in his name? No innocent person has ever been killed in the Name of Yahweh, in the Name of Jesus. Does Allah love you so much that he gave his life for you? No. Jesus gave His life for us. Allah is a fake god. He is a false idol and is not real. There is only One True God, and that is the Name Above All names, the Glorious King Yahweh (Jesus). I will pray that Yahweh will open your eyes. Yahweh is nothing but pure Love. There's no God like Jehovah. Why don't you stop chasing after a god that doesn't even exist? Jesus already loves you, you just need to love Him back. He even gave His life and then rose again so that you could be saved if you so choose. It's never too late to truly become Saved and turn to the One True God Jesus. Adolf Hitler That's a sick and awful comment. And you have an awful UA-cam account name. Do you know how many innocent lives were brutally taken by Hitler? It's not funny. And you know what? Hitler is now burning in hell for his actions. He never turned to Jesus and he killed innocent people, so God's wrath has struck him. He will burn for all of eternity. If he would've turned to Jesus and repented, then he would've been forgiven for his sins. But, he hated Jesus.
God doesn't throw people into hell, people choose to go to hell. People who reject God reject Goodness, Love, Joy, Happiness, Kindness, and Purity, for God is those things. Therefore, they are given the opposite of those things. They are given evil, hate, despair, sadness, and brokenness. God does not throw people into hell, He simply respects their choices, and gives them what they did not reject.

I am sorry for you loss of your dad, but it says in Psalms 147:3 "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." I believe that god has already bound up you and your families wounds. Remember we serve an amazing god!

Yahweh (Jesus) is the One True God. He is a loving and kind God. He never forsakes His children. He is so kind that He calls us His children. Unlike Allah, no innocent person is killed in the Name of Yahweh. We have all sinned, every single human being, and we all deserve eternal death, but Yahweh loves us so much that He gave His life on the cross and then rose again to pay the price for our sins so that we can be forgiven. "For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son so that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life." John 3:16
If you turn to the One True God, then you will have a guaranteed ticket to Heaven. You'll also always have God with you. Wouldn't it be nice to have a wonderful Father right by your side who will always love you and who will comfort you through the hard times of life? A Father who will give you strength to get through hardships? A Father who will remain strong even when you are at your weakest?
Yahweh already loves you, you just need to love Him back. Please, consider Christianity.
If you want to turn to Yahweh, simply pray the following prayer to Him: "Jesus, I am sorry for all of my sins. I am sorry for not living my life as You would have me live.
Please, forgive me, and come into my heart ro be my personal Savior. Amen." If you have prayed this prayer, congratulations. You now have a guaranteed ticket to Heaven and you have a wonderful Father who will be with you always. If you have not prayed this prayer, know that life is unpredictable. You may say "Oh, I can turn to God later in my life." There might not be a later. If you suddenly died, you'd, quite honestly, go to hell.

I know God loves you. He created us all; it was His plan from the beginning, when He sent Jesus Christ down to atone for our sins--and for our pains--and you were most certainly a part of that plan. He knows you better than you know yourself, because He is aware of every flaw, and of all the most beautiful things about you. He cares about what you're going through. One of my favorite scriptures in the New Testament is John 14:18, which says, "I will not leave you comfortless; I will come unto you." And He will. You might feel like you're alone, but in reality you are surrounded by angels, and by His redeeming love. If you don't think you can feel that love, then all you need to do is kneel down and ask for it; speak to Him. It may take time to get an answer, because He knows the right timing better than we do, and it isn't always immediate. But I assure you that if you ask in faith and humility, he will give you comfort and care. He knows you better than the mean girls and boys at school. He knows you better than any bullies, and anyone who has ever shunned you. He most certainly knows you better than I do, and better than the internet does, for that matter. So remember that whether or not you feel like you look and act perfect, you were created by someone who IS perfect.

When I first heard this, I was on Spotify flipping through Christian music. I pressed shuffle and this was the first song to come on. I bawled. The first line was enough: "There's a Father when your Father walks away." I mean, how do you NOT get emotional over that? How do you NOT love the way he sings and the way he delivers every line? How do you NOT feel so happy you could cry? I wish all Christian artists/bands were like Urban Rescue- good beat, good message, and a great delivery. You can tell that he means what he is singing and he is a faith-filled man. "His Name" will forever be my favorite song because it started my journey through the faith and it gave the faith so much more meaning. 2 months ago, I wasn't even thinking about becoming Catholic. Looking back, I don't know how I never saw God's love before I listened to this song. God loves us and that's why we're here.

Saw Urban Rescue tonight at Bayside Church in Granite Bay, CA. They opened for Rend Collective. I had never heard of them before, and by the band name I was thinking "Oh, no, rap music." Don't jump to conclusions, Bob. They were awesome! At the band shift I went out to the lobby and bought all four of their CDs. Good stuff. You know, I do like Chris Tomlin and Natalie Grant and Casting Crowns and Third Day, etc., but music like this touches me a little bit more, it seems more sincere and personal and I can relate a lot better to it.
