- Doreen , Gunner and I spent some time in the beautiful ski town of Red River, New Mexico. In the summer this mountain town becomes a popular tourist destination for travelers wanting to beat the summer heat.
Red River offers visitor plenty of outdoor activities and has many types of accommodations from hotels, lodges, condos and RV parks.

Beautiful part of the country
New Mexico is so beautiful
I was in Red River and Taos in late June of 2023. Had lunch at Red River Brewing. Neat town. I took the same roads you did to get there.

I lived in Angel Fire (another ski town on the Enchanted Circle) for 3 years.

I love Red River. We go there almost every summer for a family reunion
It is a charming town. We lived in Angel Fire for 4 years and went there often to shop and ride our side-by-side.
