Un Gloria per coloro che non amano la MUSICA sacrale seriosa, degna di un compositore pop come il nostro moderno Vivaldi. Per quel periodo Barocco, era moderno, anche perché le sue allieve, non aspiravano certo in un futuro monacale e si tenevano aggiornate, così come tutte le adolescenti di oggi. Ecco perché Vivaldi, piace , di qualsiasi età tu sia. Le sue composizioni sono con diversi strumenti, cioè, gli strumenti.che le allieve imparavamo a suonare. Favoloso! Eccone il risultato!
I can't really think of a better place to ask, but is the first recording of Vivaldi's Gloria known to yourself, or anyone? Or a resource of historical recordings of this setting? The earliest performance I could find is by the Orchestra sinfonica di Milano (1956}, yet I presume there exist earlier recordings, though I cannot find anything earlier, so far.

Psalms by King David but a wrong translation into Lingua Latina but Vivaldi's music 🎵 makes it right, isn't it? Psalmen von König David, aber eine falsche Übersetzung in Lingua Latina, aber Vivaldis Musik 🎵 macht es richtig.
@@serenissimus1678 So well I think in general that the author of all psalms - not such greek and roman translators - could anly be and was in deed King David. See in "VERITAS IN HEBRAEICA".

No, it is by no means a psalm by King David. Perhaps you are confusing the "Gloria" with the "Dixit Dominus".
