- RAW VTEC SOUNDS! | Civic FF Challenge FINAL RACE at Suzuka Circuit | Clubman FFC | Honda ASMR HD
Our day at Suzuka Circuit continues as we make our way to the paddock side of the track!
Nothing but rows of racing Honda EG6 & EK9 Hatchback Civics lined up in the pits, it was a crazy sight to see as teams scrambled to get the cars ready. Pit-crews were swapping tires, checking the engine vitals on their B16A/B16B 1600cc motors & even performing string alignments! Talk about last minute prep!
We hung around our friends at ZEROFIGHTER & FIVE MART, it was cool to see them again track side after visiting their shops & hanging with them in the streets of Osaka, Japan
Felt like everything boiled down to this moment! Such an intense feeling🤯
Shout outs to everyone and all the teams present for the FINAL Clubman FF Challenge race! It was an honor to have the opportunity to witness all of this in person.
Weather was crazy that day too, lots of rain but lucky for y’all, you’ll get to enjoy this video from the comfort of your own home

Thanks for your support! The Honda world is amazing for sure! I'm glad you can enjoy the channel and I hope that more people can have the same experience!
covering all the small details we wanna see, good stuff man!
Thank you! So much more little details that I wish I could’ve grabbed haha, these were definitely some interesting machines!
New Sub here. Appreciate the coverage and details that could easliy be missed. Thanks and keep it coming
Thanks for the sub! Glad that the coverage is enjoyed, I try to be as thorough as I can because it’s in the little details that make these machines amazing🙌🙌
Epic video!
Thanks for watching!
03:20 orchestra of Tubas only 😅
The best music🙌
🎉Wow, this is so awesome 👌 👏. Pretty crazy. It's like am actually watching the race too. Well done video. BTW, how did you manage to get closer to those race cars and inspect the parts?
The paddock area was open before the race and it helped that we met most of the racers before that day. It was like a reunion lol!
Damn man. Rain! Equals out the feeled but I never liked racing in the rain. Superbikes that is.
These guys are a whole different breed of crazy out there! Love the sportsmanship and dedication💪
hhahah i'm always intrigued about the OSaka Kanjo honda events and street runs.. am building one with a front hood exit exhaust like US dragster instead of the whole exhaust piping to the rear...
Sounds like a wild build!
It’s cool to see how similar and different Hondas are on both sides of the water. In Cali, we have a lot of clean and OEM+ builds while out on the east coast there’s a bunch of wild drag race Hondas. Definitely a good amount of clean builds out east too.
However in Japan, most of the Hondas seem to stay true to all-motor and focus more on responsiveness for circuit use👍
@@boomboomtisk you're right because i'm in cali too
Stock intake as well looks like. I know they do it because of racing class and rules. Or else they would most likely go all out with everything and maximize it all.
Yup, simple set up for this class but there is a class that allows for more modification as well👍
Nice
Thanks!
subbed!!!!
Thank you and enjoy😎🤙

🙌
Is it expensive to watch the race?
Nothing unusual, just paid for parking and tickets for the event👍
Did they eventually start on wet tires?
They did! They were all on wet racing tires when the race started👍
they use header still stock
I believe so. Most of these cars have minimal mods for power increase, just built to be reliable, consistent and responsive.
Just guessing, but they probably follow the old FIA N1 spec or something close to it. The only mods allowed at the time were different ECU tune (stock ECU, just chipped and probably using higher octane gas), exhaust (straight pipe) and the header, but only the lower 2-to-1 piece, that's why the headers look stock from up top. Power was around 180PS. There is a video from Best Motoring with Gerhard Berger testing a 91 SiR in Suzuka that shows the specs and the power figure. Also, the Mugen catalogue from the time actually offered the lower header piece, ECU and many other parts.
gran turismo in real
definitely👍
Its rare to see asians with pointy noses
Not necessarily in Japan but us Asians definitely can have some different appearances than what most would assume is common
