Very well Analyzed and I must say one thing.. you make look this financial mumbo jumbo too easy. On competition space there is another company called CAMS who does similar work for Mutual Funds houses. How is NSDL valued against CAMS?

Could you make a video about how USD became Reserve currency ? Why it 's price to other currencies are not degrading. As per law of supply and demand, if the supply increases, the value/price would reduce. if the supply (of USD) is increasing,would it not take down the price (or value of it). ? If you can make a video on it, it would be fantastic.
I believe they are asking for more valuation because they are planning to enter in small finance bank division, Obviously their experts are not gonna consider such valuation if they don't have a pretty good reason unlike some startups. I am not going to apply for the IPO but i will invest later if they announce officially that they're entering in such said segment.

Do u have any idea about potential of a small banking license ? With this logic paytm should be Valued at less than half of current price....why don't u advertise this as zerodha s mouthpiece?
