when I saw that pantry, the first thought that popped into my head was I could hide in there if anyone ever tried to break into my home and they would never know there was a room behind what looks like cupboards. Chance, first of all, from someone who is a 27 year cancer survivor, prayers for Mr. Tony that our LORD'S will be done, for healing and for strength for the trials. Secondly, your boy, Cullen is a charmer! And thirdly, I just want to say, I have toured mobile homes since the 70's when I was a teenager, (mostly cause it was free entertainment!) and all I can say is, your tours are so much fun, I can even smell the formaldehyde! (It's been a few years, do they still soak that stuff in the carpets and walks like they used to?) Thanks for all the fantastic tours, and don't feel bad, I'd have thought that was a boot wash area too😂

Sending prayers to Mr. Tony for a quick recovery. I loved the home but since I don't have any pets, I would have the dog shower taken out and use the space for a deep freezer. That pantry on the other hand was huge , which I loved along with the master bath and closet

This is a beautiful home, but I can’t deal with the board and baton. It makes this high end home look cheaply made. The narrow trim is also a shortcut that really takes away from the home.
Ooooh, I am so very glad that I am not the only one who despises the board and baton. It is a real sticking craw between me and my husband. He does not care because he is looking at the total price (They are much cheaper). I am looking at resale value and basic longevity.
I love this one.. Specifically the entrance with a nice coat and shoe area..Also baskets for backpacks etc.. A lot of these houses seem to forget to have something near the door for your stuff..Prayers and blessings for Mr.Tony

Even though the bench and hooks look nice at the entry, it would be loaded up with all the family coats, etc., so I'd prefer a coat closet in its place. Does the kitchen window open? If not, it should. Not a fan of raised areas in the island. I like the surface to be all flat, as it provides extra workspace for baking. Good size 2nd bath. I do like the square sinks. Needs more shelves in the bathroom closet. I don't need a dog shower. How about space for an upright freezer instead?
Beautiful. I would only add a microwave (I didn't see 1) and have the dog shower replaced to use for shoes, coats, vaccum, mop, etc. This would be the main entrance for family. The dog will get the outside hose ;)

I love the house! the whitewash cabinets are exactly what I chose when my dad ordered his home back in 1980. I hated the choice of panelboard designs and went with a whitewash in the laundry room and my bathroom. (the home was built with wood paneling back then.... ) the dog bath is a great option! I've never seen that in a manufactured home before.... someone was thinking! this home reminds me of my dads home in a way.... love the kitchen! nice layout! and the bedrooms all have overhead lighting! Nice!! I'm so glad they are making these with regular ceilings... I kind of hate vaulted ceiling... mine has them and kind of am tired of them.... thank you chance! Also, I wish all the dealers had their sites setup like this one... it just makes viewing the homes so much easier when you can just walk in to the model instead of having to climb stairs!

Extraordinary!! Love this home . The exterior is so attractive two toned and nice white shutters. Love the flooring in the home and the living area is nice, great tv wall with shiplap. Dining area is nice with French doors. The kitchen is very special. Love the cabinets and the hidden pantry is amazing. It is huge!! Also like the island and the window over the sink. The bathrooms are real nice, good storage and again great flooring. Nice master bedroom and love the barn door leading into bathroom. The master closet is so roomy and lots of storage for clothes,shoes,sweaters,pocketbooks. Nice tub and shower in bathroom and lovely double sink area. This home makes my heart happy. Love this home. The layout is perfect i always like to see something at the front door to sit and take shoes off and hang your coat. I would only change the floor i love the grey color i saw once in a home. I love the master bath especially the shower. Only 3 minutes, 24 seconds in and I have to comment! I LOVE the industrial style shelving on the entertainment center mixed with a bit of rustic charm! That really works!
God bless you Mr. Tony. I love everything about this home except the Vinyl Panel Walls. "Board and Batten" is something else entirely. And the Dry Wall switch out is a very costly thing, Love the Pantry, It made me want to dance too. Love the Doggie Shower. Love the Accent Walls throughout the home. Back door- check, side door- check. Master Bath is beautiful. Vents are in the ceiling- check. Price is kind of high for Panel Walls, but I know a Dry Wall upgrade would be crazy pricey. Love Chance and his baby boy.
Looking past the colours, this house has two kick ass bathrooms AND a kick ass utility room AND a kick ass pantry! I even like the island in the kitchen. Yup, just change the colours and staging and please tell Cullen he's doing a grand job!! Love to all 💞

I love the foyer entrance!!!! I like the double doors in the dining room instead of sliding doors! I like how the inside cabinets in the kitchen match the outside. Love the kitchen window so big! I love the house! the whitewash cabinets are exactly what I chose when my dad ordered his home back in 1980. I hated the choice of panelboard designs and went with a whitewash in the laundry room and my bathroom. (the home was built with wood paneling back then.... ) the dog bath is a great option! I've never seen that in a manufactured home before.... someone was thinking! this home reminds me of my dads home in a way.... love the kitchen! nice layout! and the bedrooms all have overhead lighting! Nice!! I'm so glad they are making these with regular ceilings... I kind of hate vaulted ceiling... mine has them and kind of am tired of them.... thank you chance! Also, I wish all the dealers had their sites setup like this one... it just makes viewing the homes so much easier when you can just walk in to the model instead of having to climb stairs!
Oh my, this house is absolutely gorgeous.I love the front foyer..The kitchen cabinets have that really nice Rustic White Cabinet colors..And The Pantry Is Immaculate.. Extraordinary!! Love this home . The exterior is so attractive two toned and nice white shutters. Love the flooring in the home and the living area is nice, great tv wall with shiplap. Dining area is nice with French doors. The kitchen is very special. Love the cabinets and the hidden pantry is amazing. It is huge!! Also like the island and the window over the sink. The bathrooms are real nice, good storage and again great flooring. Nice master bedroom and love the barn door leading into bathroom. The master closet is so roomy and lots of storage for clothes,shoes,sweaters,pocketbooks. Nice tub and shower in bathroom and lovely double sink area. This home makes my heart happy. Love this home. The layout is perfect i always like to see something at the front door to sit and take shoes off and hang your coat. I would only change the floor i love the grey color i saw once in a home. I love the master bath especially the shower. Rooms are a nice size the dogie bath is awesome and much needed for me. lets not forget the pantry that was awesome also. Prayers to Mr. Tony for a fast and full recovery. God bless you Mr. Tony. I love everything about this home except the Vinyl Panel Walls. "Board and Batten" is something else entirely. And the Dry Wall switch out is a very costly thing, Love the Pantry, It made me want to dance too. Love the Doggie Shower. Love the Accent Walls throughout the home. Back door- check, side door- check. Master Bath is beautiful. Vents are in the ceiling- check. Price is kind of high for Panel Walls, but I know a Dry Wall upgrade would be crazy pricey. Love Chance and his baby boy.

Looking past the colours, this house has two kick ass bathrooms AND a kick ass utility room AND a kick ass pantry! I even like the island in the kitchen. Yup, just change the colours and staging and please tell Cullen he's doing a grand job!! Love to all 💞

Love the pantry. I'd love to have a fridge like that too. All white cabinets and trim. No Vinal at all. I like the wood look as well sheetrock wall. Perfect color though.
