Thank you for the quick explanation. We had our first tomahawk last week, bit hard to find here in England. I'll tell my better half about the different names. Cheers!
I always feel weird watching these videos because I don’t eat beef (health reasons), but I sure love watching how to cook it. Knowing is half the battle!
I love ribeye, it’s my favorite cut. Why on earth anybody spends money on a tomahawk is beyond me. Who eats the bone? You’re paying significantly more money for a large bone that you’re NOT going to eat. I just don’t get it..
The flavours from the bone make it taste a lot more intense, also a ribeye would be no where near that big. Tomahawk steak your paying for the size that’s why they cost more
So a restaurant charges you an extra $50-$70 just to get the long ass bone and call it a tomahawk steak? May as well just get the boneless or bone in ribeye lol.

I love her videos. Informative with a bit of a laugh.
Thank you! This was super effective.
Best investment Daniel rib vs tomahawk

Beef is not unhealthy and your body is probably craving beef since you keep watching it.
Thank you! I guess tomahawk is more for presentation. I'd rather just eat the ribeye lol

Its for aesthetics it looks great
Presentation to the eye
If they left the rib meat on or wrapped id back around the rib eye then we are talking other wise its pointless

Following cause I loved your accent lol
So the extra dollars is for the bone? Does it add to the flavor or is it for looks?
It’s for looks
My wife likes her steak bone-in. So I oblige her. I always told her she’s got to pay a little extra if she wants the bone-in.
I don't care how much bone you cut off there's still a ribeye the size of a Sunday roast left.
Bone in is the Perfect Cut best Flavor. Tomato is for Show or your using it as a Handle to grill the Steak over an open Camp Fire LOL
There's something barbaric about chewing a bone off, U can't beat beef back ribs for just that barbaricness

Same. My place they charge 2 times than ribeye.
Bbq diva
I mean that in the most complimentary way!
