Hey Flats I just thought of a fun new video idea for you. "The 5k hero challenge" basically you get one hero to wipe an entire team. The challenge is to get your team to support one single hero to wipe an entire enemy team and go over how you procured that achievement.
Brushing habits - I floss first, keeping the faucet on just slightly to rinse off any particles I *don't* want going back into my mouth. Strip of toothpaste, outside, inside, crowns in circle motions, sides first then front then tongue. Then I rinse with mouthwash (Crest).
Showering habits - I shower once every other day in the morning preferably.
Hotel keys - It also depends on the hotel, some places want them back, but in the past I've just kept mine.
All hotel key cards are basically the same, they just program the room code to that specific card during your stay. And im pretty sure you can keep them since they won’t work again when you leave

Don't wet the toothpaste or rinse your mouth after you brush. Water deactivates the fluoride, the active ingredient in cavity prevention. That being said, brushing wrong is always better than no brushing at all.
All the dentists I've asked say rinse and spit it out, just like mouthwash, because these are caustic chemicals. The brushing process has already been done, there's no sense in leaving the residual fluid that is going to be imbibed anyway by saliva retention or drinking water (swallowing it is against the instructions), and it hinders the natural protective material on the teeth.
I don't think water deactivates fluoride. fluoridated water is a thing.
@@sethescope fluoride concentration is key. Much more potent and abundant in toothpaste vs water.

You actually only need a tiny sliver of toothpaste to brush your teeth, they just advertise it with the entire toothbrush covered so you waste it quicker so you buy more.

I'm glad I'm not the only one that calls my online friends that I've met irl their online names lmao. We have some friends that just moved to town that we've known online for years and we still just call each other our online names.
I put a single strip of toothpaste the length of the brush, then wet it down a bit, then I use my tongue to flatten/spread out the toothpaste before I actually start brushing.
It turns into fluid in the mouth so it makes no difference if it is a pea, a strip, flattened, distended.
Gotta wet the brush, since it's dry and hard(ish), then put a fat glob of toothpaste and go at it

Idk if flats will see this, but I recommend fooling around with the languages if you want to make the game fun again for at least a few hours. Me and my friend are having a lot of fun with German and Japanese gameplay lmfao
here's how my dentist says you're supposed to brush:
Floss first, use mouthwash and then brush your teeth ( a battery operated toothbrush is best ) and then DO NOT rinse your mouth with water after cause toothpaste has floride in it and you can't eat or drink for 30 minuets after.
I like to squeeze small dots of toothpaste on each tooth

Fun fact: toothpaste isn't necessary for proper dental hygiene. You can just brush your tooth by wetting the toothbrush and brushing.
Toothpaste does nothing important besides give you a flavour.

I always return the key to the hotel, I even found a card that was basically destroyed cuz people were stepping on it with gravel, I returned it to the next town where the hotel was located... No idea why I did that
this is the only reasonable answer... Why would anyone keep the room key???

As a kid, I hated feeling clumps of toothpaste that fall off the brush and in my mouth, so I used my finger to spread it on the brush evenly so no clumps would form. And I still do it today as a 30 year old man lol. I thought I was the only one. I just wash my hands before and after.
I'm genuinely so relieved that you clarified you wash your hands for this process. I do think it's quirky but if you wash your hands, I don't think it's gross. just a quirk.
Who keeps a hotel key? If I don't return jt to the desk. I leave it in the room
Wet brush, spread solid amount of paste, then flatten with tounge. Evenly distributed and didn't put my finger on my tooth brush.

Bead is to much just use the tooth paste to spread a thin layer using the paste itself wetting it after putting toothpaste on then you brush fronts first the tops then bottems then gums then cheaks then tongue
bruh in hotels most of them you can literally just leave the key on the bed when you leave, what're yall doing??????
They charge you if you dont return it they have them assigned so if someone doesnt return it for a week usually itll just charge their credit card if yknow they didnt use cash it only costs them pennies for each card but theyll charge you 15-20 if they want to and i mean why cant you go to the front desk when you leave the hotel or idk leave it on the bedside table or even the damn lol

Flats I know this is off topic but, I keep getting put in gold and plat lobbys but I haven't played competitive EVER I should be in bronze but in not I keep getting but in low gold or high platinum as tank, DPS and support. What should I do I'm soo tired of losing I keep making me sad and ruining my gaming days so please anyone in comments or even flats himself PLEASE tell me what should I do I really wanted to get better and this game and get golden guns for my characters so anyone out there I could use some help 🥺😢

Im gonna have to say getting outta gold with teammates saying someone is tradh when doing nun there self or even the enemy team being all diomand before this season i think im just gonna stop playing this game tbh ranked isnt fair at all ik im not the absolute best but when im going 5-1 and staying same rank or going down one rank i just cant with the comp system pubs is honestly worse then comp i cant even play overwatch to enjoy the game, the game was good for the first season being out but after that i havent enjoyed this game at all its like this game makes all games suck when i play it, it just takes my drive away from me to even wanna touch my ps5
