Walking in the Grao de Gandia, January 2021

El Grao de Gandía (in Valencian Grau de Gandia ), is the neighbourhood of the city of Gandía, Spain where the port and the beach are located.
It is a wonderful place for walking and living with modern buildings and many green areas. There are a lot of tourists here in the summer.
The air temperature is around 18 degrees Celsius (64 Fahrenheit).

Is Grao a good place to live or is better in the other part of the town?

Glad you like it ❤. This part of the town is more touristic but still good for living. The apartments are spacious and have parking spaces. In case you are searching for tranquility and nature it would be better to take a look the nearby places around Gandía.
