    Kinda wished at the end when haggerty elbowed the camera that the next frame would be the skyrim carriage or "you are dead"
    Watching this dude spar is mesmerizing, can't find enough videos. So cool of a style that ive been trying to mimick him, love how lead legg is the core of his game.

    He doesn't have many calories then per day, or doesn't seem high protein? I'm trying to acheive the generals physique, a good insight to his diet

    • @TomDrakeMedia
      @TomDrakeMedia  Місяць тому +1

      @@DumbBritAbroad I know he has changed his diet since recording, this is nearly two years old. However this was also 1 or 2 weeks out from the fight, so this part of the fight camp - all his training and diet was purely to cut the last bit of weight

    I’m the son of tex turner the famous bar room brawler from Manchester. I have a large fighting family and I would not like to meet this guy in the ring. I’d walk away…..he’s dangerous

    at 7:30 ish is something no one realises (''jon has no problems'')
    the raw biological, physiological talent (and genetic gifts) that top level athletes have to move unimpeded and have no chronic musculoskeletal problems is such a massive part of reaching top level in sports
    so many killer athletes around the world who are sick at thier sport but youll never hear about cos their body doesnt hold up long enough to have a proper career
