@@DumbBritAbroad I know he has changed his diet since recording, this is nearly two years old. However this was also 1 or 2 weeks out from the fight, so this part of the fight camp - all his training and diet was purely to cut the last bit of weight

at 7:30 ish is something no one realises (''jon has no problems'') the raw biological, physiological talent (and genetic gifts) that top level athletes have to move unimpeded and have no chronic musculoskeletal problems is such a massive part of reaching top level in sports so many killer athletes around the world who are sick at thier sport but youll never hear about cos their body doesnt hold up long enough to have a proper career

Fight weight was 61.2 kg, I can't remember the exact weight here but I think it was around 64/5ish.. give or take
