@@BeautyWithin This would be extremely helpful for those of us on a budget. Often times the high end brands are owned by the same company that owns "drug store" brands. Meaning they have access to the same formulas by default. Otherwise an independent brand without such resources would have to spend thousands of dollars just to come up with one formula for one product. This means that with high end brands you are paying for the name and their advertising and perceived prestige. No one knows if you are wearing a certain brand of skin care or cosmetic. It just needs to work. Affordable skin care and cosmetics are not less effective and often time more effective than high end products.
waitng for the day there'll be cream blush under-eye cream, lash serum that has the components and effects of a mascara, and other sorts of skincare that act and look like makeup alone !!! otherwise these hybrids are soso fascinating - hopefully i'll try them out one day

laura mercier setting powder always clogged my skin. then i found makeup forever. i know you're not supposed to keep products for more than 3 years. but I've had my jar for 10 years and it cost a lot and it's still going strong and does not clog!

I bought the mascara (Etuse Eye Edition) in August 2023 on Amazon and I loved it. It works better for me than any other mascara because my eyelashes are sty and heavy. But I can't find it on Amazon anymore 😢
Just a note here about “ tight lining” or lining on the Inside of your lash line. Eye doctors say NOT to line there as that is the waterline & you have oil glands there that can get plugged up with product. The result is that you can get a Stye. If you don’t believe me, ask your eye doctor.
Also tinted sunscreens are BEAUTIFUL as a skincare base instead of makeup. Makes your skin look so hydrated!

When you do the tightline, it doesn’t run into your eye and then smear or create mucous?
would these products interfere with your actual skin care routine, ie cause your face to become oversensitized bc of too many skincare products?
