- Dust and dirt are core enemies of your air conditioning or AC system as they cause overheating of the system. During AC service, the technician cleans the dust and debris from the condenser coil and evaporator coil and other key components of the system. In a split AC, the condenser coils are in the outdoor unit.The first step of air conditioning service is to check if there is water dripping in the AC system. An air conditioning service technician will check to identify leakage from tubes or pipes inside the unit. While doing this, he/she will drain, remove dirt and debris and clean the AC unit to enhance its performance.An Air condition collects a huge amount of dust and debris when it operates. During an air conditioning repair service call, all the dirt and dust are removed and cleaned to prevent problems like ice formation in the Ac or AC not cooling. The fin also needs to be cleaned and washed of any dust or mold buildup.Cleaning mold and dust from the AC condenser and evaporator fan is also done during the air conditioning repair service. The fan is located in different locations of both AC types. In split AC, it is located in the external/outdoor unit.Dust and dirt cause your AC system to overheat. During an air conditioning service, the condenser and evaporate coil are cleaned. Also, other key components of the AC units are cleaned to avoid further damage.During an air conditioning service, an overall inspection is done after all the other service is done. Major components like the fan motor, condenser unit, compressor, evaporator unit, thermostat and many others are inspected for any faults.

Having a regular air conditioning service is the best way to optimize your AC unit.It’s important to take care of your air conditioning unit so it lasts longer, works better, and helps you keep energy costs down. When your conditioned air isn’t cold enough or is humid, it’s time to schedule air conditioner maintenance service. Remove brush and debris near the unit.
Clean the condenser coils every spring.
Replace any HVAC air filters.
Check for loose contacts or electric connections.
Lubricate motors and bearings.
Recharge refrigerant.
Ensure the condensate drain is clear.
Another important part of maintaining your AC unit is scheduling an annual air conditioner maintenance service-ideally before the cooling season begins-in order to make sure it is working as efficiently as possible. After you disconnect the unit from its power source, lay a large garbage bag or an air-con bag around the indoor unit of the AC to catch all the falling dirt and drippings.
Step 4: Detach the Front Panel
Locate the latches or tabs that hold the front panel of the indoor unit of your air-conditioner, undo the latches or push the tabs and lift the panel upwards carefully to access the inside of your unit. If the panel does not come out, hold it with one hand to clean the interior.
Step 5: Unfasten the Air Filters
Once you detach or lift up the front panel of your split air-conditioner, the long rectangular pieces that are fastened to the unit are your air filters. Locate the tabs that connect the air filters to the unit, press them and remove the air filters. If you are unable to locate the tabs, check the user manual for guidance. Shake off the dust from the filters with the help of a vacuum cleaner or a toothbrush.
Step 6: Wash the Air Filters
Once you successfully unfasten the air filters from the unit and dust them off,wash them with mild soap and clean cool water to get rid of the small dirt particles. Use a sponge or a cleaning pad to scrub the filters to remove all dust gently. Rinse the filters thoroughly and air-dry them entirely before you fix them back. Avoid drying air filters in direct sunlight as most of them may not be made for drying in the sun. Jabirwaqas.com

At 33.02,jab coil pe paani maarna hai to paani ki dhar coil ke surface per 90 deg angle banana chahiye.ye miyanji ka coil ke upper portion mein to angle theek hai lekin nichle portion mein angle obtuse hai ,iss se coil ki fins tedhi ho jayengi.inko coil ko Jamin per pairon ke bal baith ker dhona chahiye.zamin per baithne ko nahin keh raha nahin to sub gille ho jayege.

Thankyou sir,, yes sir you can replace with the same size of another brand of indoor... But be conformed that, if your old unit is of R22,,, so replace it with R22 (any brand)..... And if your unit is of R410 refrigerant, so replace indoor with R410 brand...

I will prefer jet pump over master service for regular cleaning.
Because removing ac again & again for master service can cause gas leakage and other issues.
Jet pump is simple & safe without disturbing fitment of ac.
Every body have different way of thinking..... I think without removing indoor, we cannot clean Back drain properly.... And back side of evaporator coil cannot clean properly... Corners of the blower also can't clean properly....
