I’ve lost 10 kg from heavy point of 96kg I’d gained weight mainly due to I’ll health impacting the amount of walking I could do. Used to do a lot of walking which allowed me to eat a lot. Stopped being able to do long walks but still ate as if I was. Now over about 6 months I’ve lost weight gradually . Still want to loose another 10 kg. Due medicine is allowing me to move without pain and I’m starting to be more positive about my life. Yours and Stoltman brothers vids have helped. Thank you.
Yeah definitely keeping meals that I enjoy and cutting the portion size down has definitely helped me rather than just eating food that I didn't enjoy because I wouldn't have stuck to it then. I have a very intense job and work shifts so routine for me is chaos really. I bought a walking pad a few months ago esp with the weather getting worse. Means I can get my steps in whilst wearing my jammies 💃
definate difference, much sharper and healthier round the face, probably all the food that is consumed in the house would make you sick of the sight of food
Way to go Kushi! You should be proud of your perseverance and accomplishment! It's not easy! Looking forward to your posts from NYC. Enjoy your trip and wishing you the happiest of birthdays and safe travels! 🥳
Congrats Kushi and I'm sure you'll achieve you goals once you get back from New York. I still think you should come back to Colorado. With all the snow in the mountains is absolutely amazing this time of year. And I don't think you need to be nervous you videos are always great. Happy Birthday and enjoy yr travels.
Definitely a big difference between before and after. I try to remember, have enjoyment… you stick to hobbies b/c of enjoyment (jobs, travel etc) the best cardio is the one you stick with, why, you enjoy it…blah, blah..
Well done 👏 looking brilliant. I'm on the stoltman strength academy doing weight loss. Just coming out of a rutt but still down 8.2kg. Hope you all enjoy your holiday.
Hi Kushi, love your Videos. They are so refreshing. I've always weight trained and stayed in shape. Had our daughter. She was on the autism spectrum. Was a crazy time. Years went by and put on 100 pounds. Stress ate. Thought I would never do that. But, I did. Stopped working out. Daughter is now 19 doing well and in a good college. Computer Science. Wife brain not mine. Doing Protein and low carb. Just started lifting again. Down about 40 lbs in 9 months. Finally started to feel good about myself again. Keep up the great job. You look Great! Happy Birthday! Did you take care of the bird nest 😂.
Well done, Kushi. Thank you for this video explaining how you achieved your weight loss. I struggle like mad with my weight, I get so far and then can't seem to get any further! I agree, cardio has helped me the most too. Happy birthday! Enjoy New York 💜
Looking good kushi. I also lost weight, but when my sister passed I started eating again, but one day I just started watching what I eat. 3 stone lighter, but I do feel better. I also swim alot aswell which does help me & mental health. Keep up the good work
Have you ever thought bout eating meat? I was vegetarian for over 20+ years. Always bloated and hated how I looked n felt. In the last year n a half now iv been eating meat and made adjustments to my training. Weightlifting combined with some cardio. I dont get bloated anymore n love how I feel n look prob my best physique to date.

10 lb of long congratulations I used to wait $391 lb I lost 130 lb but I'm still chunky it's so hard or some Diabetic Type 2 from New York City Bronx New York 253 p.m. Friday November 18th congratulations you look beautiful like always it's so hard especially when I suffer from depression I'm not going to give up 250 lb so I'm almost there 5 ft 11 200 lb that's my goal
@Kushi Stoltman, your body processes diet soft drinks the same way it does regular soft drinks (IE turns it to sugar). Here is what I did. I am a 51 year old man that has a a sweet tooth (had it all my life). In regards to soft drinks and diet soft drinks; have it. I will buy a 20 ounce soft drink. Once I am done, I fill the bottle up with water 5-6 times a shift at work. Over my 8 hour shift I drink 100 - 120 ounces of water. You do not need to drink it all at once. This concept has really helped me drink more water in general over the last 25 years.
