Glad to see more of Taro, I have been aware of him from Toshiki competing against him at the Japanese nationals as well as seeing his cool container gym on insta. He seems like a fun guy to hang around Great video as always Jangho
He does manual labor. Does bunch of stuff like laying pipes, drilling, etc. He trains like 4-5 times a day but usually just focuses on accessories since he doesn’t have ton of time to work on classic lifts.
@@WeLiftWeights Wow, that's badass. Massive respect for him to do tough work like that and still lift at the top level, makes me feel like i have to step my game up lol.
