When will we NE people stop acting like complete idiot?????? We don't want racism against us in India and then we ourselves act like racist people the most. Just look at all the problems between so many of our clans. I request my NE brother and sisters to get educated and not believe what these political stooges say to you. I am from Nagaland and working in New Delhi, the world is very big and not just our villages. Expand your world, knowledge and perspective, otherwise NE people will stay forever backwards in the country.

📢📢📢📢According to the doctrine of the Bible, those who engage in activities like drinking alcohol, stealing, lying, changing different partner like girlfriends, boyfriends, wifes, husband, having blood of animals, shooting wild animals, birds, killing people, hurting others, and not loving their neighbors are considered sinful. So, let's apply same logic to a real-life scenario: if someone is engaging in these sinful behaviors in Nagaland, would the Supreme Court have the authority to expel them from the state, or would the people of Nagaland take action to remove them and kicked out including you if you have done sin above mentioned once in your lifetime? Similarly, LGBTQ+ individuals have rights under Article 21, which supersedes the provisions of Article 371A. Therefore, the Supreme Court is likely to oppose those who discriminate against or infringe upon the rights of LGBTQ+ individuals in Nagaland or anywhere else in India. 😎😎

The Bible offers support or tolerance for LGBTQ+ individuals:
      1. **Love and Acceptance**: Christians emphasize the message of love and acceptance, extending to all people regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity.
      2. **Genesis 1:27**: Humanity being created in the image of God is seen as affirming the worth of all individuals, including LGBTQ+ individuals.
      3. **Matthew 22:39**: Jesus teaches to love one's neighbor as oneself, emphasizing kindness and compassion for all.
      4. **Galatians 3:28**: This verse emphasizes equality and inclusion within the Christian community, regardless of social or cultural distinctions.
      5. **Acts 10:34-35**: Peter's declaration shows God's acceptance of all people, regardless of background or identity.
      6. Matthew 19:12 discusses eunuchs, traditionally meaning castrated men but interpreted more broadly to include celibate or asexual individuals, encompassing LGBTQ+ individuals.

Let's not misinterpret the Bible. LGBTQ+ individuals are also created by God through subsequent generations of Adam and Eve. The Bible doesn't provide detailed explanations about the nature of LGBTQ+ identities. It's important to acknowledge that LGBTQ+ people are normal individuals unless they engage in harmful behaviors like prostitution, infidelity, or theft. We should refrain from misguiding others with misinterpretations of religious texts and remain open to the possibility of being wrong about our understanding of LGBTQ+ identities.

    The big question is?????
whether or not the citizens of Nagaland are in favor or against the LGBTQIA+ , the bigger concern is whether NLTV is in favor or against it, what does your channel as a media outlet conceive it? Because from my perspective you seems to be advocating it, giving it a platform in the name of coverage, the more you run around seeking trivial coverage asking people, seeking their opinion the more you're Popularising it, you've heard enough of opinions. Given the context of our state, we're not ready to legalize such community, we're not there yet, as humans we definitely should respect and treat each gender with humility , and they're more than welcome to co-exist with us in the society but staging a protest, demanding legal rights, voicing out to normalize such sexuality isn't in the interest of majority of Nagas. Plus we cannot compromise our faith, our beliefs and our age-old customs just to appease a small group of community, who Everybody agrees shouldn't be accepted at the moment... On behalf of all the citizen, why don't you as a major media channel in Nagaland, with plenty of well- qualified Journalists vigorously voice out against it for once and for all, for the moment..We understand as a media you're trying to be neutral but deep down we all know it isn't right for us at the moment, and i say at the moment because we never know of the near future but for now we have to power to act right, and defend our faith, please do what's right instead of running around asking what's right... I love your channel though...

Respecting diverse perspectives is crucial, but it's important to approach discussions on gender and sexual orientation with empathy. Opposing LGBTQ+ rights may lead to legal consequences depending on the jurisdiction and the specific circumstances. In India, there are laws that protect the rights of LGBTQ+ individuals and prohibit discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity. Additionally, there are laws that penalize hate speech and incitement to violence against marginalized communities, including LGBTQ+ individuals.
Under the Indian Penal Code (IPC), several sections may be applicable in cases involving discrimination or violence against LGBTQ+ individuals:
      1. Section 377: This section previously criminalized consensual homosexual acts, but it was partially struck down by the Supreme Court of India in 2018 in the Navtej Singh Johar v. Union of India case. However, this section can still be invoked in cases of non-consensual sexual acts or acts involving minors.
      2. Section 153A: This section penalizes promoting enmity between different groups on grounds of religion, race, place of birth, residence, language, etc., and doing acts prejudicial to maintenance of harmony.
      3. Section 505(2): This section penalizes statements conducive to public mischief or inciting hatred between different communities or groups.
      4. Section 354A: This section deals with sexual harassment and provides penalties for making unwelcome sexual advances or sexually colored remarks, which may be applicable in cases of harassment based on sexual orientation or gender identity.
      6. Section 509: This section penalizes words, gestures, or acts intended to insult the modesty of a woman. While originally intended to protect women, it can also be invoked to protect individuals from derogatory remarks or actions based on their sexual orientation or gender identity.
Furthermore, the Protection of Civil Rights Act, 1955, and the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, also provide protection against discrimination and violence based on caste or tribe, which may intersect with discrimination faced by LGBTQ+ individuals who belong to marginalized communities.
If someone is found guilty under these sections or other relevant provisions of the law for actions related to discrimination or violence against LGBTQ+ individuals, they may face penalties including fines, community service, or imprisonment, depending on the severity of the offense and the discretion of the court.

📢📢📢 I also support , or be it Kahuto Chishi and Lungleng from their recent talk show also stand in support of the rights of homosexuals, gays, and lesbians, while strongly opposing discrimination against them rooted in biblical references. 📢📢 For more comprehensive insights, consider tuning in to their show. However, it's crucial to differentiate between opposing the broader LGBT movement, which none of us, including myself, Kahuto, and Lungleng, endorse unless it's for a moral cause. Our stance emphasizes that judgment should not be passed, and loving a consenting partner is not a sin. Homosexuals people gay and lesbians + individuals are part of God's creation, stemming from the lineage generation of Adam and Eve. Discrimination or hostility towards them based on loosely interpreted biblical passages is unjustified. It's clear that my viewpoint resonates with theirs, particularly given their affirmation that God does not condemn homosexuals, and the Bible does not explicitly oppose them; instead, it stresses the importance of monogamy, akin to heterosexual relationships. 📢📢

It require a broad mindset and intelligence to grasp the true nature of human beings. While many believe and worship God, unfortunately, their understanding often lacks depth when it comes to the complexities of human existence. Simply put, God created Adam, Eve, and individuals of various sexual orientations, including homosexuals, through the generations of Adam and Eve. Although homosexuality is referenced in the Bible, the scriptures do not provide detailed accounts of the lives of homosexual individuals. Therefore, it is not for us to conclude or judge, as that is reserved for God's judgment in the end. The Bible does emphasize that individuals, regardless of sexual orientation, should commit to a faithful partnership and abstain from behaviors such as promiscuity, theft, murder, or prostitution.

    • @HappyBright-s1k
      @HappyBright-s1k 6 місяців тому

The Bible addresses various aspects of human behavior, including mentions of homosexuality. However, it's essential to understand that God created all individuals, including those who identify as homosexual or belong to other gender identities. While the Bible provides guidance on moral conduct, it does not delve into every detail of the lives of homosexual individuals.
It's important not to conflate the biblical story of Sodom and Gomorrah with all instances of homosexuality. The sins of Sodom and Gomorrah were not solely related to homosexuality but also included practices such as multiple partner relationships and inhospitality.
For heterosexual and homosexual couples alike, faithfulness and commitment within a monogamous relationship are valued. Infidelity is considered a betrayal in any committed relationship, regardless of sexual orientation.
In summary, homosexual individuals, like their heterosexual counterparts, are capable of love, commitment, and fidelity within a monogamous relationship. The key principles of love, respect, and faithfulness apply equally to all couples, irrespective of sexual orientation.

      @HappyBright-s1k 6 місяців тому

My opinion may differ from others, but here it is...
      1. First and foremost, it's essential to recognize that LGBT individuals are born into this world just like anyone else, from their own parents, and not from your parents💡. Their attraction towards the same sex is not imposed upon them by others but arises naturally from within themselves.
      2. Secondly, engaging in prostitution, whether by a male, female, or LGBT person, may be considered a sin from various perspectives, but under Indian law, individuals might resort to it for survival, which warrants a separate debate.
      3. Thirdly, just as males and females have the autonomy to undergo surgery to enhance their appearance, LGBT individuals also have the right to undergo gender-affirming surgeries at their own risk, whether transitioning from male to female or female to male. This underscores the reality that human beings encompass more than just two genders; there exists a diverse spectrum that includes male, female, and LGBT individuals. While religious texts may not explicitly address the existence of a third gender, it's undeniable that individuals with diverse gender identities exist.
      4. Furthermore, the ability to reproduce is not exclusive to heterosexual couples, as evidenced by the existence of third-gender individuals who may also conceive children. It is their prerogative to live their lives authentically, whether in straight, bisexual, or other relationships. LGBT individuals are part of society just like anyone else, contributing to various professions such as science, healthcare, the arts, and sports. They should not be judged or condemned as sinners solely based on their sexual orientation or gender identity. 💡Instead, they should be evaluated based on their actions, just like anyone else.
      5. Before casting judgment on others, it's imperative to reflect on our own imperfections and consider how we measure up in the eyes of a higher power. How many of us can claim to be without fault or sinless in the eyes of God?💡 It is not our place to judge or condemn others based on their sexual orientation or gender identity. Instead, we should strive to emulate compassion, empathy, and understanding towards all individuals, regardless of their background or identity. As we navigate our own journey of faith and self-discovery, let us remember the universal values of love, acceptance, and respect for all members of the human family.
💡The judgment of one's gender identity ultimately rests with God, as we do not have the authority to dictate or define another person's gender. 💡Otherwise, God will judge you after your death and you may receive a harsher punishment if you harass or discriminate against someone for not conforming to your gender preferences.⌛
