don't push yourself, 20% work 80% rest that is how it should be. you might not feel that your ruining you body at the moment because your still young, but once your older you will see the bad effects of working too much. your body will simply deteriorate rapidly or even worst you will die because of it. you must know that working harder doesn't mean you will improve if the consequence is it will take a toll on you body, it will simply be counterproductive in the end.
