There is a missed screw just before the @2:15 mark... it makes it impossible to remove the little piece. That also retains the ground strap for the display - we can see a bit later that the screw was already removed in your case. Later on in the video this screw is going back in before the little bracket from the trim piece goes on... it should go through both the trim piece bracket and ground strap. This should go in after the @12:00 mark.
This is HP not wanting people to be able to clean that part in the middle. It is just bad engineering to make maintenance so impossible. I'm not doing this. Next printer won't be HP.

Found this video to try fixing this issue on an m276nw.
The hell with it, I'm buying a new one.
What happened to the long spring (iron) you removed close to the Laser Unit at time 5:15? Did you put it back or you threw it away?
All the Kings horses....
My printer prints blank page. Do you know the reason?😘
my hp laser jet pro 200 is failing to print the whole page its only printing half
No one is going to do all that. Throw it out
When you don't have $5-600 to replace a printer you'll try a few things 😅
Hilarious - not for non-DIYers like me!!
