Everyone who has long fingers like this should be very grateful. I have short fat fingers and cannot fret a steel string guitar and WANT TO SO SO BAD. I am hoping that a classical guitar will help me with its wider neck and nut but then I may not be able to reach the strings. Anyway wonderful finger picking man.
Some of the greatest steelstring guitarists have short fat fingers. Watch Franco Morone or Fretkllr to see what I mean. Sometimes I think it is an advantage. Steelstring guitars come in any fretboard width, go for it.
to date 3/4/13 this music is similar to that which Tommy Emanuel recorded more than 10 years ago. Please don't get me wrong this guy is at least second best in the whole world that I've heard. Love every second of him!
Tommy Emmanuel isn't a marketing Famous guy , Tommy Emmanuel is world's most famous acoustic player , if anyone can play better then him , Call me and i'll make him world most famous guitarist)
I think when any one plays the guitar like i do, you can really appreciate even more how good this guy is, he loves playing and really puts his heart and soul into it , I'm always looking forward to him posting new stuff simply amazing. .

This guy plays with more character and soul than Tommy Emmanuel. Plus Tommy is a fucking show off and talks more than he plays. This guy is leagues ahead of him. Emmanuel may be technically great but I don't buy music played by robots. Andrea has much more feeling and makes you feel like crying, jumping, shouting, moving, he is inspiring! Listen to Hendrix and then Yngwie Malmsteen. Same idea, Hendrix played from his heart, Yngwie plays from his mind. Don't want to hear flight of the bumblebee on a Stratocaster anymore. Fun to watch, hurts the head to listen to. This guy is already famous in my book. He could not play that well unless he was happy in life and knew how to make his spirit soar!
Andrea is good but i disagree with you related to Tommy Emmanuel.For me, T.E is a level above to Andrea´s and Tommy plays with soul, joy and technique impeccable.Sometimes he´s a bit show off but he does it to entertain the audience and not to impress others like "i am the man".Tommy Emmanuel is a very nice person outside the stage.
I don't think Andrea himself would like to see strong language and unnecessary criticism of other artists in the words of his admiration. Artists have characters. No one is perfect. It`s all about one`s own feelings. Keep calm and listen to music. If you don't like someone, do not listen. Don`t forget, there are worse ones who in the name of music are selling absolute crap. Bash them, if you have to.
Totally agree. Also being technically advanced doesn't make someone a great musician,just a great performer with questionable taste,goes for Emmanuel,Malmsteen...etc. This is all about marketing and show off for peasants.
