7:43 Are Hindu priests allowed to marry?
Should've asked him about female priests and monks.
Mr Sengku really speaks well about the Hindu religion and shared many interesting insights! Enjoyed the episode

Yep your name is suryan which means Sun
im invested in Hinduism and Buddhism documentary. superb video 😊 how come hinduism dont have monk to interview?
In Hinduism, there are priests and not monks!
@@TheSmartLocalthere are monks in sanatan too they are called Sadhus, they live in seclusion. You'll find them in Himalayas. They meditate there to achieve moksha.
So interesting
Good video. One thing that the host at the temple could have mentioned in reference when answering the question about animals is to point out to the interviewer that animals and plants and the natural world in general is existential to humans despite any technological advances. From food to medicine to mental wellbeing to what not. Hinduism maintains this quintessential thread that most other religious traditions today (unlike other non existent ancient religious traditions, e.g. Ancient Egyptian, Greek, Norse, etc) have lost.
I just realised that in southern India people are more lactose intolerant, perhaps that is the correlation to people in southern India eating more beaf?
Excellent explanation
i noticed the Taoism documentary with Sew is the only one that shows/document praying procedures. Thats quite informative. 😁
Peepal trees in the temples here in India are humngous, you may need 4 or 5 people to circle it and if you can just sit underneath it you will realise hiw calm your mind becomes maybe its because if all the oxygen its pumping out but thers is something so spiritual about it 😊
out of all the three episodes, i like this one the best...
Great new series!
Thank you!
Could u have an episode about the Catholic faith/religion
Fun fact India is secular country but in India only Hindu temple control by Government of India 😂
First and i love these videos
His explanation was very good
Beautiful ❤
