    I haven't used Onions in my Egusi before though my siblings do but I don't think it's necessary since this is soup 🍲

    No stockfish.How can you cook Egusi soup without isi Okporoko or real stockfish.

    thumbs up you are a great cook, I think you said in one of your presentations that ogiri igbo does not go well with onions why did you then add onion to this egusi soup, please if I made a mistake correct me and again how do you know the quantity of osu you should add to your egusi and even the quantity of ogiri to add to your soup. And please what is the name of osu in English thanks

      I haven't seen all her videos though but I know that you should not add onions to ogiri Igbo/ogiri isi NOT ogiri okpei.

      Usu is not Mushroom, that it's called Mushroom seed or whatever 🍄 doesn't mean it's gotten from it, usu is often gotten from some dried tree

      I agree the soup is not exactly what i am looking for. It’s more like soup for people on diet (ofe nlacha). But don’t say it’s terrible please…. Lets appreciate mamma’s efforts. Shey we all get mamma, come learn, we no gree; now na another person mamma we dey watch🤣🤣🤣

      Like she said this is one of the Many ways to prepare Egusi, they're so many methods this might not be the regular method you know
