It actually became associated with horror games because of sonic.exe, the exe extension wasn’t actually supposed to be there but the dude who made it forgot to remove it from the file name.
just for the fact: in first exe game...why not add gaster? Hes the myestrious and creepy one and fits really well for a old undertale game

I actually really liked that second one, it was unique and cool.
Nick Calderon were. They were cool with actual interesting stories. Now while there still are interesting stories being made it's all being drowned by the same thing over and over again, edgy kids trying to be scary or let's make another character we can ship with other creepypasta characters.
