- How to pack your football bag for a match - in today's video, JayMike will share 5 things that you NEED to have in your football bag for match days, and which might change your playing experience quite a lot. Of course, you only REALLY need a pair of football boots to get by, but having a good pair of shin pads, a pair of grip socks, some Liiteguard Glu-Tech compression shorts, a baselayer shirt and a boot care kit will change your match day experience quite a lot - and for JayMike, these are things that he can't live without in his football bag for match days.

As a defender, I had tried the G-foam shin pads, and they were fine, however, I prefer normal shin pads. If you do not dispise normal shin pads, don't go with G-foam; the lack of protection isn't worth it. BUT, if the slim, almost invisible feel is important to a person, they are amazing. Just keep in mind there isn't enough protection for a defender like myself. Fantastic video Unisport, thanks!
Wow, we’ve had a really different experience with g foam😅. I’m a Fullback but I am pretty defensive, and they felt really nice aswell as protecting more than the j guards I had before, and more comfortable. Sad that you didn’t have the same experience as I did
As a striker we just wear the smallest shin pads possible 😂
Try Monolit Shinpads
@@brandonbattaglia08 fr i use my little sisters shinpads
Even with normal shin pads I can get a bruise. Thin shin pads? Yeah no thanks.
A must have for me :
1. Warm/hot ointment
2. Shin pads
3. Socks
4. Compression socks for holding shin pads in place
5. Boots (duh)
Shin pads are the only must have on this list 100%
Bro are you a defender

Yes sir....(so good..... Brother
Which football pitch is this filmed in? Looks like a nice place
i have everything on the list except those types of shin guards because i am ok with the traditional ones and i dont feel comfortable wearing the base shorts somehow so i dont use it
I like Nike basics Mercurial shin pads, compression shorts from Nike or UA are must have for me but grip socks are really game changer. After I bought one pair, I can't play in normal socks.

Shin guards are important
Shine pads
How did bro get wc ball that ago ?
Bro deep thing
As a defender shin pads are fucking is the most important item for me next to football boots since when I have shin pads I just throw my legs everywhere just to clear the ball when defending.
Wich shin pads, the normal ones or the ones in the vid?
@@enver.d124 normal one.
All in my Bag except the last THING
Can you do a how to look cool in summer plz😊
I just bought grip Socks and just want to ask how to wash them without destroing the grip
Seems to depend on brand to some extent. I've got the TF grip socks and they go through a cold wash and then into the dryer just fine while retainig the grips, but some other brands you might want to air dry on a line or dry rack.
Wash them at 30* celcius/cold wash and then air dry them on the rack. Usually the tumbler makes the grip elements come loose with time, so best to avoid that /Jay
@@unisport Could you invite pulisic to the show
another tip, wash them inside out, works very well
please make shipping to the US 😭
but the price of the unisport base layer alone is 25 euros which is cheapest ones and those shin pads are like 50
Bro none of these are mandatory except for the shin pads which there are cheap and good one and traut me getting cleated in the shin is extremely rare. They just trying to sell products
@@fajko397 it litrally says in the title things you NEED in your football bag wdym the shin pads are cheap there 50 to 80 euros
@@Username92535 bro grip socks? Under pants with padding and a special shirt? You dont need that and i meant for shin pads there are cheap shinpads that offer flexibility. And if your scared of shin injuries buy a proper pair. 50 to 80 euros on shin pads is a scam even the mafia wouldn't do
@@fajko397 yeah and the grip socks are 30 euros on unisport too lol

Not sure about having flexible shin guards. Not like your shins can be flexible unless broken. I prefer the regular ones. They don’t even bother at all.
