Thank you. Waited 15months for a USCIS reply myself, currently waiting on NVC to give me the instructions to file for DS-160, I really hope it doesn't take 7 months since the USCIS approval notice is only valid for 4 months ^^'
It's really tough to know what the average NVC times are because they don't publish that data in the same way USCIS does. We hope it doesn't take too long for you!
@@BoundlessImmigration Thanks! I actually found their timeframes on their website, they have different wait times for email, inquiry form, case review and case creation. Apprently they are opening cases received from USCIS from mid November right now, and mine is from December, so I am estimating they would get to my case in about 2 months from now, give or take. And they should reply to my email early this week, hopefully
If you got approved wait 30 days. Then send them an e-mail or fill out the request form. They will send you back an e-mail after 10 days with a letter. at letter will give you a new unique case number.

Since then we have not received any email or letter from NVC or from US Embassy. Can you please guide what are the next steps? Will I or my fiancee be getting one more letter? It is not right.. all we want is to be together.. mean while thousands come across the border everyday and we wait and wait and wait

Should be tougher penalties for frauds and scammers instead of punishing legit relationships with these ridiculous wait times!!!
