I'm an indian. It's natural for you to think I am biased, but I have some suggestions :
1. Please complete the story. This one ends very abruptly. Unless you are doing a follow-up, it leaves us more uninformed than informed.
2. Please pay attention to proofing and completeness. It makes your presentations more credible. This one has a few errors in proofing, if not in content.

I think many of the facts have been not put under the light here...
1. His links with local and regional terrorist orgs like Al qaida, khalid sheikh muhammad, Ilyas kashmiri and others ..
2. How did he surrendered to Brig Ijaz Shah, he was handling him ..
3. If he was mentally unstable how did he use international sim cards to get in contact with Indian PM, US secretary of State, Pakistan's president .. ..

There are other journalists who followed this case more closely, and did some digging themselves. Mazhar Abbass is just quoting what AP said and what other news outlets said. Omer Sheik was not charged with murder, because he was in custody at the time of murder, and he surrendered himself, the prosecution on the other hand claimed he was arrested, but this claimed was falsified in the court, after Omer sheikh surrender was proven, so he was just charged with helping in Kidnapping and was given the max. sentence of 7 years, but still served 18yrs in prison.
Who did it and why?
Watch some of Mahmood Sheikh’s interviews about Omer Sheikh, and it changes your view about this whole case entirely. He is his lawyer for those who don’t know.
