I don't know, I have been a Lions fan for pretty much my whole 49 years in this life. The last three seasons I felt so much better than ever about this team even though the relationship previous eras has felt like I'm on the victim end of an abusive relationship. I was not an SOL guy. Now I feel upset and disappointed because I feel this season was all just a big practical joke that the Lions pulled on their fans just to find new ways to humiliated us. Look, I love DanCampbell and Brad Holmes, and I'm not calling for anyone to be fired when a team goes 15-2. I'm 100% behind the going for it on 4th down calls. Yes, defensively we had a ton of injuries but then you really can't use that as an excuse because we played and won like that. Only two teams out of 32 get to the Superbowl each year, and only one of those two walks away happy. I don't think that happy team will EVER be the Lions. Now we likely lose our coordinators and it won't be long before the salary cap means we can't keep all our good players. I'm NOT excited about next season. I feel like I'm going to the hospital because someone I love beat me again.
