But God doesn’t respond to anything I say, because He doesn’t hear any prayer I could offer. So, why should I continue to pray since my prayers are always ignored?

He does but there are some things that hinder us from receiving such as unforgiveness, hatred and resentment. Just have a pure heart and hands. Job 23:30 says even sinners will be rescued because your hands are pure.
Maybe ask him to reveal what is hindering you 🤔. God bless you 🙏
