Thank you for your comments, Everyone! It was a pleasure showing my tiny home. Lola Mavros is my landlady -- I do pay a lot fee, but it sure beat waiting around for someone to build my tiny house, for septic to be installed, and for water and electric to be run from the main road. I have excellent cell service and internet through AT&T, though I must use my cell phone as a hotspot. I do not have concern about fire here; I am more concerned about falling branches that could damage the roof. Tiny home owners do need to buy home insurance, and it is fortunately inexpensive. Please consider having your tiny home moved here -- Miss Lola has new lots open. The Amish nearby build well-constructed tiny homes, and I have heard of a company in Kentucky that also does a good job.
Kerry, your glass shower was sparkling! (It is so hard to avoid water spots on glass shower doors! 💧) Thank you for sharing your personal private space. This helps others gain insight on how to achieve an achieveable living peaceful arrangement!

@@genevarockwell5279 When you come onto the Bybee property, there is the one hill to the left on which I live and the other hill across the meadow. Just beyond that other hill, Miss Lola is developing several more lots, which have been cleared, but I do not know if septic, power, and water are there yet. I would consult with Lola on the finish time. The builder of my tiny home was a private person. I have very little other information. I think the Amish builders are in Kentucky.

Search for RainX glass shower door treatment. A lil goes a long way. Apply like you would on your windshield. I used to clean a couple rental cabins with glass doors. I applied every 4-6 months and they had well water. Use a micro fiber cloth to apply and buff. ✅
For all of the people who take everything literally, lol, this wonderful home owner wasn't saying that she actually won the lottery, lol. She was using that phrase as a figure of speech ( which is quite common ) to describe how she got a wonderful deal on her home and found the perfect place to put it. 😄 And I agree with her as everything about her place is gorgeoous

Absolutely gorgeous! Cozy, comfortable, and all you need in a Private Peaceful Paradise! I LOVE Miss Lola. I heard she was awarded, "The Best Landlord of the Year Award!" on her birthday this year! You are so blessed to have found such a wonderful mountain paradise when moving to TN. You must have had an angel watching over you from above! The man who built this home did beautiful work & surely should go in business.

Do you know what size tiny home that is? I liked the big back porch and the large shed, as well as it being right next to the woods. I've heard that the lot rental prices at Loyla's is very reasonable too which also helps save $$. Thanks for the tour!

Thank you so much for the encouragement. I did use a drone. I’m obsessed with it. Got lots of practice before I can be proficient at it. I am have been studying how to be better at filming and editing a lot lately. My goal is to just improve the quality with each new video. 🏡❤️🏡

Thank you once again to everyone who has viewed this video! I want to add that this tiny home is very comfortable because the kitchen and bathroom are roomy and not far from what one will find in any regular-sized home. I did not have to forsake everything to live in a tiny house! As I mentioned in the video, a flat-screen television can be added because of the HMDI cable port located between the staircase and the closet -- it allows for TV viewing both from the dining area and from the loft. There is really no need for a living room because one can view TV in ultimate relaxation from bed. My dining area is limited, but I have folding stools that will permit a party of four to eat at the table (and remember, I have plenty of counter space, so pots, pans, bowls, and other containers do not have to be on the dining table). You might also have noticed the brown tarp on the porch -- that covers a Jacuzzi tub (not a hot tub) that can be used for soaking except in winter. Quite relaxing!
Truly a stellar house that sizzles. I was dazzled and impressed.

It’s pretty, but unfortunately your living area is so so tiny, and I’d rather have windows to look outside and have a view . Not a well thought out floor plan, but it’s works for you and that’s all the matters. 🙏🏻🇺🇸

What a beautiful lot, love your home but it wouldn't suit me, I couldn't crawl into a loft bedroom and I would prefer a little more space but it is lovely, nice big porch, cupboard space, nice bathroom.

Beautiful on the outside, nice inside as well. However, I'd take out the 2 sinks and put in a full bathtub then put a japanese water-saving style sink over the toilet, the 2 sinks is overkill.

Teresa, you do videos at ITH, and I'm wondering if there is a chance that Randy Jones will now stop you from filming there, since you are showing another tiny house community. I base this on a situation that took place several months ago, where one of the people who was acting as an agent for selling his houses mentioned another tiny house company in one of her videos and Randy terminated their relationship, saying that he wouldn't tolerate her even mentioning another tiny house company.
Not familiar with that. I love the ITH community and tiny houses here. The builder of that house is not a builder for the masses. He built it for himself and then sold it.
I think you do know what they are talking about, don’t play dumb?

I would rip out one bathroom sink and make it counter space and close the opening between upstairs and the bathroom...just my opinion
What are the measurements on this. I love it. And the spacious bathroom.
Wish the guy in the yellow shirt would not have blocked seeing things in this unit, he was so distracting, wish you could do another video and leave him out of it, too many people in the house to do a good video. She has a beautiful home from the parts I could see.

Wonder why there are two sinks in the bathroom?
Weekend getaway for a couple was the original plan when it was built I think.
Guy thing! The builder, a private person, wanted his girlfriend to be comfortable when they visited his little retreat -- thus, the large bathroom and the extra sink for her.

This space should of been added to that cramped living area, it looks so uncomfortable in there, only place to sit dining area??

Noticed there's no living room area, guess because its not long enough but hey to add onto the deck area that'd be really nice then, excellent layout placement.

There are lots of builders in the area. Lola’s is a beautiful place.
The builder is a private person who built this tiny home for himself as a weekend retreat. He is not in business. The tiny home did require additional work -- I had the electric and plumbing checked and had necessary repairs made to accommodate living here full time. I also had parts of the parcel bush-hogged and landscaped.

Kerry, it is a beautiful peaceful space you have created. I invested in a beautiful, peaceful place, too. A place I wanted to retire to. I sent my investment money back in early 2019 and retired in 2021. After years of a career that took every second of my energy & and breath. I finally arrived at my investment to find all my peaceful thoughts plummeted right through the heart with an arrow 🏹 ! I had track hoes, bucket trucks, bulldozers, humugous large dump trucks working all hours of the day, right where I had previously been promised a beautiful garden space. The heavy building equipment shook my home with vibrations & noise that brought back memories of a past war zone! When the humugous dump truck slammed its swinging tailgate, after dumping a load of gravel, it affected me to the point I wanted to take cover by diving under my bed. It greatly affected past memories of incoming blasts! The whole story was completely disheartening. One day, I shall share it with the world. As I have recently been informed, if all facts are spoken & the same facts are on record with your lawyer, then no repricussions can be inflected when sharing a personal true story which may help others not be caught up in a dishonest trap. This is a true story from my recent past. I am so happy you found a sweet spot of an earthly paradise!

Not around here anymore. There are a few craftsman for sale here in forest. Go watch videos of those.
Hello! I’m up here in IL. My CUSTOM THOW was delivered in Jan. My amazingly talented builder is Lil Bear Tiny Homes out of NE Michigan. Please check out Mark’s design builds. My home is called The Squatch Inn and you can view the entire build starting in Sept ‘23. He is planning on building seasonally in GA on some property he owns. I’m getting my utilities in now on a dbl lot in the village I grew up in of 120 residents. I tell the Mayor he is a forerunner for Tinies!

Very beautiful, however if there is a fire, how is she getting out of there? I get small window’s for space but I don’t know about that set up. Looks kind of scary.

There were plenty of costs that came with bringing this tiny home up to code and making sure it was safe, so I saved money not having to do window treatments. There is lots of light here because of the upper cathedral windows.
There is no air exchanger it needs one also must have a window in bathroom 😢to open when you 💩 no one wants to smell it ps you never said what she is selling it for now that she is filthy rich probably people watching utube will want to know all price including rent space or lot purchase taxes ect$$$$??????😊😅❤✝️😇🥰💰✝️

I have no problem with smells at all coming from the bathroom. The toilet has an extra feature --- powerful, pressure-assisted flush.

That is how she was using the phrase "I won the lottery". Kind of similar to someone saying "I got it for a steal" when describing how they got something for a great price.They aren't saying that they literally stole something. Omg 😂 how beautiful 100% better quality than ITH. The fixtures R all high end not cheap junk like ITH puts in from Lowe’s lowest price fixtures. Really nice finish inside. Outside has high end stylish finish too. Not trashy looking like ITH. Man this builder of this home has class, not like ghetto Randy Jones, homes. ITH homes are way over priced for the junky homes they sell, & charge high rates for add on’s. Randy Jones, is nothing but a huge fraud & cheat. Boy this tiny home puts his homes to Shame. So happy this nice lady found a honest tiny home builder, not like big thief Randy Jones! 😮

Sorry you feel that way. I was trying to tell the story of how difficult it was for Carrie to find affordable housing. In addition, I love ITH. All this says about them that they were so busy they couldn’t take on her build at the time.

Would love to live there, but there is no city sewer or water.
There is water and septic.
There IS sewer, what we call "septic" and leech lines that run underground from it. We also have city water here. I would prefer to have a well, but they are expensive to dig and set up.
