@@jasmine1844If JK knew how popular and loved Snape was, she wouldn't have killed him off. She even said she regretted it. I think Snape would have had to been gravely injured, almost dying, in order to give Harry his memories and convince the ministry he was on Dumbledore's side the whole time
There's so much more in the books I would have loved to see Alan Rickman do. Snape's pettiness is enjoyable.

Snape's savage moments and harsh, sarcastic attitude reminds me of this roast. Near my brother's wedding reception, the banquet manager was mad at one of her workers for signing up for a one-person shift. She made him sound like an incompetent idiot (kind of like how Snape does to Harry and Neville) and harshly said he needed someone to guide him. He then said, in quite a sassy tone, "You know, I'm beginning to see why you personally work a lot of wedding receptions." Is that really a savage moment? What does it mean?
