New subscriber here👍... Went to picos last summer its truly stunning❤, Great channel, love all different bits of riding camping, cooking etc, keep up the great vlogs 👍👍👍
I was lying there to go to sleep, holding my phone, and huge fat cockroach beetle things kept flying into it, clearly attracted to the light. It was a bit intense.
Thank you! It's a difficult task, being on the trip and filming it all. Then also editing it into something that hopefully is watchable. I think (hope?!) as I'm going through it both the filming I did and the editing is getting slightly better. In episodes to come, the audio gets slightly better too. Anyhow, thanks so much for watching and bearing with me both on the literal journey and on my UA-cam journey!
Thanks! Yeah I think doing it alone is harder than it looks in the videos. Every day I was making it up as I went, so constantly having to work out where to get petrol, food, water and then find somewhere safe to stay each night. I lost a load of weight on the trip from this constant stress of that for almost 3 months!
Wow, I really feel for you in that heat, mate, I struggle myself with temperatures at 25 in the UK you’re doing really well. The videos are fantastic a real sense of adventure and love the wild Camping. Awesome dude can’t wait for the next video. 👍
Hi Jamie, Another great episode, I'm glad the weather improved (hot rather than wet). Spanish and Portuguese roads are amazing, so few potholes compared to the UK. Out of interest what camera gear did you use?
Thanks Andrew! Yes it’s just a blissful bit of Europe for riding. Camera gear was my iPhone 14 Pro on a quad lock mount facing me, and an insta360 on a bar that I moved around but generally had to the front left. Audio was from my AirPods using an app that allowed the camera to access the audio from them. On the next trip I’ll definitely be investing in a more professional microphone setup and probably a go-pro chin mounted.
Can you put the episode number on the thumbnail please. Also, filming yourself eating is not good viewing (although some may like it 😂). Don't keep shouting "look at this, amazing" when the screen is 80% full of you. We can't see it 🤔😀...you mention petrol stations a lot, can't you find them off your satnav/phone?
It's a challenging thing! I'd only just passed my bike license and got the bike, then I was also dealing with navigating my way around, solo, and also trying to document it. But very much noted; as I'm working on forthcoming edits your words will be on my mind. Thanks for watching David.
No problem. It's critique, not criticism. That's how you'll grow 😁...I won't mention the 29 'oh Gods' in the last episode 😂....oops....but I'm still watching, so you're doing something right 👍

Hi! Thanks so much for watching!!
Fair play camping in the woods and not even putting the damn tent up - hardcore man.

Cool video!!
Thanks!
This series is getting better and better.
I’ve lived in Spain for 12 years, and still haven’t been to Picos. Yet.

Kudos for doing this on your own.
Respect.

Thanks so much Two Wheels and Taste. Yeah this was the hottest bit of the whole ride. The next episode, riding across Spain. It was HOT.
Cool video! You have earned yourself a new sub, like, and, obviously, a comment. I'm looking forward to new content.
Thanks so much for watching! Double-release tomorrow morning of the next 2 episodes. Cheers.

Sorry David! I’m trying my best!
I know....and it's mainly good...just voicing my thoughts 😁...just to make you feel better, I couldn't do it, I'm a tech idiot
