A tribute to the 1938 screwball comedy "Bringing Up Baby" starring Cary Grant and Katherine Hepburn.
"Bringing Up Baby" (1938):
While trying to secure a $1 million donation for his museum, a befuddled paleontologist is pursued by a flighty and often irritating heiress and her pet leopard "Baby."
I saw "Bringing Up Baby" for the first time only a few days ago and it is now one of my all-time favourite films. I kid you not. It is hilarious and witty and sweet and IS CARY GRANT NOT THE SINGLE GREATEST HUMAN BEING TO EVER WALK THE PLANET?! Seriously, he was absolutely incredible. Anyways, this film is amazing, WATCH IT IF YOU HAVEN'T ALREADY!

Cary plays the most adorable dork ever! His silly run away, his mannerisms, just so adorable
Best line...Now it isn't that I don't like you Susan because after all in moments of quiet I am strangly drawn to you, but there hasn't been any moments of quiet...lol!!
This is so genius. I love this movie. Cary Grant & Katharine Hepburn were so awesome together. And the song choice works.

I LOVE THIS! And the same thing happened to me. After I saw this film for the first time I thought that it might be the greatest movie ever. IT certainly is the best and most hilarious screwball comedy. My only quibble with this is that you missed one of my favorite exchanges: -Anyway, David, when they find out who we are they'll let us out. -When they find out who you are they'll pad the cell!

Then there's the scene in the cell where Susan says "Susan Vance is my society moniker" and identifying David as "Jerry The Nipper"....this was all ad-libbed ( I have the orginal script)....this is a good movie to watch when your are depressed....it will cheer you up!
