Warroad MN has a population of 1,800 people and has produced 7 Olympians, 5 NHL players, and over 80 Division I hockey players. Roseau MN has a population of 2,700 people and has produced 8 Olympians, 11 NHL players, and over 75 Division I hockey players. Warroad and Roseau are 22 miles apart in northern MN, just a few miles from Canadian border.
Similar rivalry here in grand rapids vs greenway, it's more intense when both teams are equally competitive and have equal records, tho I would say probably not as intense as roseau/warroad.
Both towns and their people are phenomenal, beyond historic. Two shining stars within the state. Salutations from Edina.
cake eater lol
Edina hockey could learn a thing or 2. They play like dirty entitled rich kids. Always hated going to Braemar to play those cake eaters.

All the range teams had some great hockey games 👍
Warroad and Roseau were pretty nice to play in as a Spud, but Baudette and East Grandforks sure had some garbage officiating
