And by the way big brands do the same like Apple !! Apple makes the designs & tech stuff but gets full manufacturing done in china & India !! Boat atleast had made efforts to convert manufacturing in India.. They literally took govt help & raised funds for the make in India function. Now 80% of manufacturing pieces are made in Indian !! I returned the boat & bought a truly Chinese realme. Now a days, boat dope tws which doesn't come in green & pure white colour, costs around 1.3k to 1.8k. You get exact Chinese product at 400 rupees. Everything in the charging box, weight, calling mechanism & sound signature is exactly the same. Even battery backup & life too. The only thing is the boat gives you a guarantee n the Chinese one doesn't. Aman is a money making man.

As a software developer who is also running business with 5 lakh/month profit by spending just 5-6 hours of my time in a day, it is extremely necessary to know your hardware before developing a software for it. You cannot be efficient with code unless you know how your hardware is functioning. Apple is the great example. They nailed the sales after they launched their own M1 chips with Mac. I am using MacBook and iPhone and I can say no other company provide such product because either they lack in software (e.g. Sony) or they lack in hardware (e.g. Microsoft). Apple from the day 1, they built their own motherboards which revolutionised the industry and Steve Jobs presented it extremely well to the world.

Aman Gupta is a good human being with a kind heart, Look how Deepinder Goyal demotivates them by saying their numbers of big companies which they already know and still keep hustling he should encourage them instead of discourage.
Disagree with all the sharks. As a software developer who is also running business with 5 lakh/month profit by spending just 5-6 hours of my time in a day, it is extremely necessary to know your hardware before developing a software for it. You cannot be efficient with code unless you know how your hardware is functioning. Apple is the great example. They nailed the sales after they launched their own M1 chips with Mac. I am using MacBook and iPhone and I can say no other company provide such product because either they lack in software (e.g. Sony) or they lack in hardware (e.g. Microsoft). Apple from the day 1, they built their own motherboards which revolutionised the industry and Steve Jobs presented it extremely well to the world.
they also took more than 10 years for their first product success... its not overnight but we are on the correct way!
