* Blue Ivy Carter (born January 7, 2012) is an American singer and dancer. She is the first-born daughter of musicians Jay-Z and Beyoncé. Words like, retarted, slow, dumb. feeble minded have long been seen as being abusive, stigmatizing, non-inclusive, and insensitive. People who have intellectual disabilities cannot help it. We want to try to treat those that have other mental, emotional and physical challenges that inhibit their ability to function in society with compassion and intelligence.
