I used air impact to tear mine apart. LOL I did some machining on mine to get it to open more and I undid the springs from the rollers. I could have saved a LOT of time if you had this posted 6 months ago. Never though of holding them open like that. Great tip.
Dude, u saved my ass! I had my mini bike chain off and on the stand, reved it and it popped over those ears and for the life of me i couldnt figure out how to get it back down, even tried removing the rollers. Thank you so much!!!
Mine just blew up! I've had it since it first came out.. I'm glad I found thos video I am gonna order a few of them. I just changed the spring and setting in secondary clutch!
@@Jupiter_7 had it for around 4 months it's on a stage 2 Tillotson bike is a mm212 pro it's alot smoother then the juggernaut with that said for general riding and a stock to slightly modified motor the juggernaut is better take off top speed but zilla is way smoother won't have you doing wheelies all the time best way I can describe it it turns a mini bike into a scooter transition between 6.1 gear ratio to 5.1 you can't feel it tell you get to a really steep hill and even then you just feel a slight kick down no jerk like a comet or juggernaut if you want speed and wheelies or racing go with juggernaut if you want a nice cruiser that still preforms well zilla I prefer it hope this helps

Haha, I tore my Juggernaught appart first thing too. I just love seeing how things work. Thanks for the tips.
Nice Idea about taking the Jogernaught apart you Made it look so easy
Thank you! Great presentation.
They wont respond to my emails when mine failed in a few hours. So much for their heavy duty clutch when it lasted just a few hours.
Outstanding idea good sir
Do you know if all the new Juggernauts have the stronger spyder in them now? I bought one a few months ago.
My dad helped design that caliper!
Great video!!
I'm looking at the omb torque Zilla
Have you got one? If so how does it work?
