    Hi girls, you could put down cane mulch around the back section to smother the weeds. Also around in your pots and in between your plants you just planted, it saves on watering and keeps soil moist longer

    I love your vlogs 🥹💕
    Ps. I reckon you should try planting lemon grass along that barren strip of dirt. Or, you could take out the soil, fill it with concrete, and then top it with some nice wood; to make a small outdoor "bench" thing for potted plants or planter box thingies.

    Hi, Try Murraya Paniculata Min Min (Mock Orange). Min Min is the dwarf form only growing to a metre high and easily pruned to a hedge or shaped. Fill in open areas with some Sugar Cane Mulch to prevent weeds, conserve water and improve soil, also great for the rest of the garden and around the herbs with the bonus of looks good. Garden looks great!

      We will be mulching. We usually use tea tree mulch. We just need to order some

    Hi. I enjoyed going gardening with you. In regards that narrow garden fronting the blue wall I would clear it of everything, top with decorative gravel and stand three tall pots there. Coloured leaf cordylines would look lovely in the pots with the blue wall behind them.

    Coriander is a cold, mountain climate herb. It only lasts a season as it is an annual!

    • @andie1769
      @andie1769 Рік тому

      Yes, though coriander does well in winter in Aus, so no good when it’s warm because it goes to seed. So a good winter annual. Sage goes well, can get about 60 cm high & likes full sun. Lasts a few years before it gets woody. Also prostrate ( creeping) Rosemary would be good in that spot too, Perennial, & not as big & unwieldy as normal Rosemary.

    You might find that the basil self seeds.

    If all else fails in a hot sunny position go for succulents and you can put pebbles or mulch down to stop weeds. I’m not opposed to a little Zero on stubborn weeds that refuse to yield.

    Firefly Lane - my (adult) daughter thought it was a bit distressing, so I've avoided watched it. You recommend?
