I always wonder is track by track or does the Series get to decide? My local track Whitener would have absolutely gone to the rear since he caused the yellow. Also you cause two yellows at my local track you are done for the night, which all but eliminates the stop on the track bs on purpose. I noticed last week when Lucas Oil LM were at the same track they let guys get their spot back. 🤷🏻♂️
@@Brian-vd4mg Seems to me if you travel with the series you get treated different than if you only run the series part time. As a prior racer Ive seen this kind of favoritism lots of times. Politics at work.
Its generally track to track. Most tracks still have their regular weekend workers for these events. I know at my local track, Mercer PA, he would have been sent to the back by the race director
My best guess is since the lap car is the one who spun an not only did whitener hit him but hardy hit his back end too it would count as a lap car not moving for the leader's leaving the leader's no were to go since the racing line was around the bottom is hardy went high the wreck wouldn't have happened but since the leader's were fighting for the lead an a lap car was infrount of them it falls as the lap cars fault.
HTF #10
I so wanted the 10 team to win! Maybe next time go HTF
Hardy ran good and is a good racer!
How did whitener not get sent to the back when he was the cause of the yellow?? he maintained speed for the most part but the accident was his fault

@@butchcassidy3373 I wish that was not the case, but it seems to fit in this situation.
